Jsou to slou\u010deniny chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek syntetick\u00e9ho nebo p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho p\u016fvodu, ur\u010den\u00fdch k potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0r\u016fstu a huben\u00ed \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f, ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch rostlinn\u00fdch kultur a \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f, p\u0159ena\u0161e\u010d\u016f chorob a na huben\u00ed hmyzu obt\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka a zv\u00ed\u0159ata.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pesticidy se vyskytuj\u00ed nejen v p\u016fd\u011b, v m\u00edst\u011b p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho\u00a0pou\u017eit\u00ed, ale v cel\u00e9 biosf\u00e9\u0159e &#8211; v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 vod\u011b, rostlin\u00e1ch, potravin\u00e1ch, \u017eivo\u010di\u0161\u00edch a jinde.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Rozd\u011blen\u00ed pesticid\u016f dle biologick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f (Beseda et al., 2009):<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>zooc\u00eddy, p\u0159\u00edpravky na huben\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>herbicidy, p\u0159\u00edpravky na huben\u00ed plevel\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>fungicidy, prost\u0159edky na huben\u00ed hub, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na omezen\u00ed nebo zastaven\u00ed jejich v\u00fdvoje,<\/li>\n<li>r\u016fstov\u00e9 regul\u00e1tory, p\u0159\u00edpravky stimuluj\u00edc\u00ed nebo inhibuj\u00edc\u00ed r\u016fst rostlin,<\/li>\n<li>jin\u00e9 &#8211; nap\u0159. repelenty, atraktanty, odpudzovadl\u00e1, vnadidl\u00e1 a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Krom\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch pozitivn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed maj\u00ed pesticidy z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 vlastnosti. P\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed do vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k vystaven\u00ed lid\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed\u00a0negativn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm. Pesticidy se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm biologick\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem. Pokud se zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky dostate\u010dn\u011b rychle nerozlo\u017e\u00ed, mohou nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovlivnit i vlastnosti zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch\u00a0produkt\u016f. Toto nebezpe\u010d\u00ed je aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i takov\u00fdch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 mohou rostliny p\u0159ijmout <strong>z p\u016fdy ko\u0159enov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem<\/strong>. Zjistilo se, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pesticid\u016f je v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed ne\u017e jak\u00e9koli jin\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fdy, ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a vod industri\u00e1ln\u00ed civilizac\u00ed. Vzhledem k rozsahu ztr\u00e1t na\u00a0zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 produkci p\u016fsoben\u00edm \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f, nemocemi a plevelem v\u0161ak p\u0159esto nelze v nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b po\u010d\u00edtat s vylou\u010den\u00edm nebo podstatn\u00fdm omezen\u00edm pesticid\u016f p\u0159i ochran\u011b zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 produkce.<\/p>\n<p>Rizika pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed se mohou vyskytnout v d\u016fsledku p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 expozice (d\u011bln\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed pesticidy, a obsluhuj\u00edc\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, zejm\u00e9na zem\u011bd\u011blci, kte\u0159\u00ed je pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed) a nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9\u00a0expozice (spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9, m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatelstvo a kolemjdouc\u00ed), p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm b\u011bhem aplikace v zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed , krajinn\u00fdch \u00faprav a jin\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed a po nich. Rizika pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed ze strany ne\u00famysln\u00fdch a nadm\u011brn\u00fdch tok\u016f chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek do vody, ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a p\u016fdy maj\u00ed za n\u00e1sledek \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na rostliny. voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed zv\u011b\u0159, kvalitu\u00a0slo\u017eek \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a biologickou rozmanitost obecn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Z hlediska chemick\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme pesticidy rozd\u011blit na:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>organick\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>anorganick\u00e9 &#8211; v\u011bt\u0161inou slou\u010deniny arsenu, fluoru a kyanovod\u00edku,<\/li>\n<li>rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu &#8211; nap\u0159. nikotin (v\u00fdta\u017eek tab\u00e1ku), Pyretriny (v\u00fdta\u017eek ze zlo\u017enokvet\u00fdch rostlin rodu Crysanthemum) a rotenon (v\u00fdta\u017eek z Derris spp. a dal\u0161\u00edch).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Pesticidy v potravin\u00e1ch<\/h2>\n<p>Dov\u00e1\u017e\u00edme ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161e a netu\u0161\u00edme, jak\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na kvalitu p\u016fdy a p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed plat\u00ed v zemi p\u016fvodu n\u00e1mi kupovan\u00e9ho ovoce nebo zeleniny. V seznamu zem\u00ed, kde se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nejv\u00edce pesticid\u016f vede\u00a0Kostarika, Kolumbie a Nizozemsko. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika pat\u0159\u00ed v Evrop\u011b k zem\u00edm s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebou pesticid\u016f, nicm\u00e9n\u011b objem jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed u n\u00e1s dlouhodob\u011b roste. Na jeden hektar zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 p\u016fdy\u00a0se u n\u00e1s ro\u010dn\u011b aplikuje v pr\u016fm\u011bru 1,7 kg \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pesticidu.<\/p>\n<p>Jablka jsou z It\u00e1lie, raj\u010data z Maroka. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee jsou dostupn\u00e9 celoro\u010dn\u011b. Jahody si chceme koupit v prosinci a tomu se p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje i nab\u00eddka obchodn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed za pomoci chemie\u00a0d\u011blaj\u00ed divy. Zvykli jsme si, \u017ee ovoce nem\u00e1 v\u016fni, v jablku nen\u00ed \u010derv\u00edk a jahoda chutn\u00e1 podobn\u011b jako kedluben.<\/p>\n<p>Podle EWG, kter\u00e1 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 seznam ovoce a zeleniny v nich\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00ed nejv\u00edce pesticid\u016f jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hrozbou jablka, jahody a hrozny. P\u0159i t\u011bchto potravin\u00e1ch se ob\u00e1vat nemus\u00edte, ale i tak si rad\u0161i prov\u011b\u0159te z jak\u00e9 zem\u011b se k n\u00e1m dov\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Avok\u00e1do<\/p>\n<p>Kuku\u0159ice<\/p>\n<p>Ananas<\/p>\n<p>Hr\u00e1\u0161ek<\/p>\n<p>Cibule<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u0159est<\/p>\n<p>Mango<\/p>\n<p>Pap\u00e1ja<\/p>\n<p>Kiwi<\/p>\n<p>Lilek<\/p>\n<p>Grapefruit<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edpad glyfos\u00e1t<\/h2>\n<p>Roundap, kdo by neznal tento \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek, herbicid Roundup od firmy MONSANTO pat\u0159\u00ed mezi tzv. tot\u00e1ln\u00ed herbicidy, kter\u00e9 hub\u00ed plevele p\u0159es listy p\u0159\u00edmo od ko\u0159en\u016f a t\u00edm dok\u00e1\u017ee vyhubit i\u00a0vytrval\u00e9 plevele. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnou l\u00e1tku Roundupu je pesticid glyfos\u00e1t, kter\u00fd se v rostlin\u00e1ch ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 a kter\u00e9ho <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 se zbavit omyt\u00edm plod\u016f<\/span>. \u00a0Po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se masivn\u011b v zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, tak v\u00a0parc\u00edch nebo zahrad\u00e1ch. \u00a0V \u010cR se ho ro\u010dn\u011b spot\u0159ebuje 900 tun, co\u017e je 1\/6 spot\u0159eby pesticid\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad <a href=\"http:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2013\/04\/30\/monsanto-gmo-corn.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">anal\u00fdza<\/a>\u00a0sleduj\u00edc\u00ed obsah glyfos\u00e1tu zjistila, \u017ee GM kuku\u0159ice obsahuje 13 ppm glyfos\u00e1tu ve\u00a0srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s nulov\u00fdm obsahem glyfos\u00e1tu v kuku\u0159ici bez GM. P\u0159itom 13 ppm znamen\u00e1 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho limitu stanoven\u00e9ho EPA (Americk\u00e1 organizace pro ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed)\u00a0<strong>osmn\u00e1ctkr\u00e1t<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Podle informac\u00ed dod\u00e1van\u00fdch v\u00fdrobcem glyfos\u00e1tu by tato l\u00e1tka m\u011bla b\u00fdt v prost\u0159ed\u00ed nemobiln\u00ed, rychle se rozkl\u00e1dat a nem\u011bla by \u00fa\u010dinkovat na jin\u00e9 organismy krom\u011b rostlin. Dle v\u011bdeck\u00fdch d\u016fkaz\u016f\u00a0se v\u0161ak dozv\u00edd\u00e1me, \u017ee glyfos\u00e1t nen\u00ed ani zdaleka tak bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd jak jeho v\u00fdrobce tvrd\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Je prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee jeho <strong>rezidua se akumuluj\u00ed ve spodn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch<\/strong> a stopov\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u00e9to l\u00e1tky se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed <strong>do pitn\u00e9 vody<\/strong>. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bdci zamo\u0159en\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed spojuj\u00ed s rostouc\u00edm v\u00fdskytem\u00a0zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f v zem\u00edch kde se tato l\u00e1tka masivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 (obezita, stres, srde\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, poruchy plodu a neplodnost, n\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebo Alzheimerova choroba). Podle\u00a0posledn\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f toti\u017e glyfos\u00e1t inhibuje \u010dinnost enzym\u016f mikroorganism\u016f, kter\u00e9 osidluj\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 organismus a jsou pro n\u00e1s \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. M\u00e1 tak dopad na procesy \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdmi\u00a0bakteriemi v na\u0161em t\u011ble, jejich\u017e v\u00fdznam pro zdrav\u00fd chod organismu je obrovsk\u00fd. Jin\u00e1 v\u011bdeck\u00e1 anal\u00fdza uk\u00e1zala spojitost pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed glyfos\u00e1tu a v\u00fdskytu autismu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1124 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/glyfo_autism.png\" alt=\"glyfo_autism\" width=\"599\" height=\"498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/glyfo_autism.png 599w, https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/glyfo_autism-300x249.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V roce 2013 pouk\u00e1zala na probl\u00e9m zamo\u0159en\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed glyfos\u00e1tem organizace Friends of the Earth Europe. Podle jejich anal\u00fdzy m\u011blo v mo\u010di stopy glyfos\u00e1tu 6 z 10 \u010cech\u016f a v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina\u00a0lid\u00ed v 18 zem\u00edch Evropy. P\u0159esto\u017ee se nejednalo o statisticky pr\u016fkazn\u00fd vzorek, je pro n\u00e1s varov\u00e1n\u00edm, jak roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 pesticidy v prost\u0159ed\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>P\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed brambor a pesticidy<\/h2>\n<p>V literatu\u0159e se setk\u00e1me s doporu\u010den\u00edm na pou\u017eit\u00ed a\u017e 10 r\u016fzn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek b\u011bhem jedn\u00e9 sez\u00f3ny<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>na podzim tot\u00e1ln\u00ed herbicid<\/li>\n<li>pro potla\u010den\u00ed plevel\u016f, pl\u00eds\u0148ov\u00fdch chorob a \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f opakovan\u011b post\u0159iky selektivn\u00edmi herbicidy, fungicidy a insekticidy<\/li>\n<li>p\u0159ed sklizn\u00ed desikant na zni\u010den\u00ed nat\u011b brambor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V roce 2013 zaznamenala St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce u 49% odebran\u00fdch vzork\u016f brambor rezidua pesticid\u016f (hodnoty pod stanoven\u00fdm MRL). Nej\u010dast\u011bji detekovanou u\u010dinnou latkou ve\u00a0vzorc\u00edch brambor byl propamocarb (fungicid) a chlorpropham (herbicid).<\/p>\n<h3>Produkce jablek<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0ochrana proti strupovitosti 8\u201312 fungicidn\u00edch z\u00e1sah\u016f<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdm \u0161k\u016fdc\u016fm 3\u20135kr\u00e1t zoocidy<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0likvidace plevel\u016f v sadech vy\u017eaduje 1\u20132 herbicidn\u00ed z\u00e1sahy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V roce 2013 zaznamenala St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce u 74% odebran\u00fdch vzork\u016f jablek rezidua pesticid\u016f (hodnoty pod stanoven\u00fdm MRL).<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Jak se chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed pesticidy?<\/h2>\n<p>Pesticidy jsou v\u0161ude, p\u0159esto m\u016f\u017eete jejich vliv omezit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Omezte riziko p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho kontaktu (nap\u0159. p\u0159esta\u0148te pesticidy pou\u017e\u00edvat na sv\u00e9 zahr\u00e1dce)<\/li>\n<li>U n\u011bkter\u00fdch druh\u016f ovoce v\u00fdrazn\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee odstran\u011bn\u00ed slupky<\/li>\n<li>Nakupujte potraviny z ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch zdroj\u016f &#8211; nemus\u00ed to b\u00fdt nutn\u011b BIO. Dom\u00e1c\u00ed raj\u010data mohou b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed a levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e ty z BIO obchodu. Uspokojte se se sez\u00f3nn\u00ed zeleninou a ovocem. Netrvejte na\u00a0tom, \u017ee mus\u00edte m\u00edt v\u017edy a v\u0161echno.<\/li>\n<li>Filtrujte si doma vodu &#8211; v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem pesticid\u016f je voda, kterou ka\u017edodenn\u011b pijeme.<\/li>\n<li>Nepou\u017e\u00edvejte repelenty s obsahem DEET &#8211; je to velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka. Na likvidaci kom\u00e1r\u016f m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad sko\u0159icov\u00fd olej.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Jak se zbavit pesticidu?<\/h2>\n<p>Jednodu\u0161e a hlavn\u011b levn\u011b. \u010c\u00e1sti pesticid<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\u016f, hlavn\u011b t\u011bch kter\u00e9 se dr\u017e\u00ed na povrchu ovoce, \u010di zeleniny, se m<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\u016f\u017eeme zbavit tak, \u017ee do d\u0159ezu napust\u00edme \u010distou vodu a v pom\u011bru 90% vody a 10% octu vytvo\u0159\u00edme roztok, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m pom<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\u016f\u017ee odstranit povrchovou vrstvu pesticid<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\u016f. Ovoce a zeleninu m\u00e1\u010d\u00edme p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 a\u017e 20 minut. M\u00edsto octu lze pou\u017e\u00edt tak\u00e9 citronovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu. Pak v\u0161e d<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 15.808px;\">\u016fkladn\u011b opl\u00e1chneme pitnou vodou.
