Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 forma\u00a0\u017eivota, kter\u00e1 by p\u0159e\u017eila bez cholesterolu.&#8220;, \u0159\u00edka doktor Ron Rosedale<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cholesterol<\/strong> je lipid, krevn\u00ed tuk ze skupiny steroid\u016f, je to <strong>\u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1<\/strong> <strong>l\u00e1tka<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n, nervov\u00fdch obal\u016f, steroidn\u00edch hormon\u016f a \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kyselin.\u00a0V lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve v\u0161ech tk\u00e1n\u00edch v\u010detn\u011b krve. Voln\u00fd cholesterol se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed na stavb\u011b\u00a0bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch st\u011bn. V\u011bt\u0161ina t\u011blesn\u00e9ho cholesterolu nepoch\u00e1z\u00ed ze stravy, ale syntetizuje se p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0organismu. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed koncentrace cholesterolu je v tk\u00e1n\u00edch, kde se cholesterol syntetizuje (j\u00e1tra),\u00a0nebo kde se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny (mozek, m\u00edcha).<\/p>\n<h2>Rozd\u011blen\u00ed cholesterolu<\/h2>\n<p>* VLDL (very low density lipoprotein &#8211; velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1 hustota)<\/p>\n<p>* LDL (low density lipoprotein &#8211; n\u00edzk\u00e1 hustota) &#8211; LDL je &#8222;\u0161patn\u00fd cholesterol&#8220;, proto\u017ee p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed\u00a0cholesterol do bun\u011bk a c\u00e9vn\u00edch st\u011bn. LDL cholesterol je zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina srde\u010dn\u00edch, mozkov\u00fdch a\u00a0ob\u011bhov\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. V organismu zdrav\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka jsou molekuly LDL pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e9 av mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>* HDL (high density lipoprotein &#8211; vysok\u00e1 hustota) &#8211; HDL je tak\u00e9 lidov\u011b ozna\u010dov\u00e1n jako &#8222;dobr\u00fd&#8220; nebo\u00a0&#8222;hodn\u00fd&#8220; cholesterol, proto\u017ee odv\u00e1d\u00ed cholesterol do jater &#8211; ta ho rozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed a vylu\u010duj\u00ed z t\u011bla. Je to v\u00fdchoz\u00ed l\u00e1tka, \u010d\u00e1stice, ze kter\u00e9 vznik\u00e1 chemickou p\u0159em\u011bnou\u00a0v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt. V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b d\u00edky prekurzoru, co\u017e je cholesterol, vznik\u00e1 v t\u011ble vitamin D co\u017e je\u00a0zase v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt. Organismus ho tedy pot\u0159ebuje k v\u00fdrob\u011b vitaminu D, tak\u017ee &#8222;bez cholesterolu&#8220;\u00a0bychom nem\u011bli v organismu ani vitamin D, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cholesterolu ale m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit probl\u00e9my s\u00a0ob\u011bhov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem.<\/p>\n<h2>Kolik cholesterolu n\u00e1s ohro\u017euje?<\/h2>\n<p>Vysok\u00e1 hladina nemus\u00ed znamenat vysok\u00e9 riziko, hladinu LDL a HDL cholesterolu je nutn\u00e9 udr\u017eovat v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9m pom\u011bru. &#8222;Dostate\u010dn\u011b hladiny cholesterolu v krvi jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako ochrann\u00fd faktor\u00a0proti infekc\u00edm.\u00a0P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u star\u0161\u00edch jedinc\u016f je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cholesterol spojen a\u017e s n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem rozvoje\u00a0infekc\u00ed, &#8222;vysv\u011btluje Ing. Jaroslav Hub\u00e1\u010dek, CSc. DSc., Genetik pra\u017esk\u00e9ho Institutu klinick\u00e9 a\u00a0experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed medic\u00edny (IKEM).\u00a0Z\u00e1rove\u0148 varuje, \u017ee plat\u00ed tvrzen\u00e1: p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 hladina cholesterolu je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 va\u0161emu srdci.\u00a0Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 hladina ale bude zna\u010dn\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a u v\u011bt\u0161iny lid\u00ed patrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se dosud myslelo.<\/p>\n<p>Sally Fallon, prezident Weston A. Price Foundation, a Mary ENIG, Ph.D, odborn\u00edk na biochemii lipid\u016f,\u00a0\u0161li tak daleko, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 hladin\u011b cholesterolu \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed &#8222;vynalezen\u00e1 nemoc, co\u017e je &#8222;probl\u00e9m&#8220;, ku kter\u00e9mu\u00a0do\u0161lo p\u0159i zdravotn\u00edc\u00edch kte\u0159\u00ed se nau\u010dili, jak se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hladina cholesterolu v krvi.&#8220; A toto vysv\u011btlen\u00ed\u00a0je na m\u00edst\u011b. Pokud m\u00e1te zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinu cholesterolu, to je p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm z d\u016fvodu z\u00e1n\u011btu\u00a0ve Va\u0161em t\u011ble. Cholesterol tam tedy d\u011bl\u00e1 pr\u00e1ci: pom\u016f\u017ee va\u0161e t\u011blo l\u00e9\u010dit a opravovat.<\/p>\n<p>Konven\u010dn\u00ed medic\u00edna se m\u00edj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinku \u00fapln\u011b, kdy\u017e nebezpe\u010dn\u011b doporu\u010duje, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed cholesterolu s l\u00e9kmi\u00a0je zp\u016fsob, jak sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko srde\u010dn\u00edho infarktu, proto\u017ee to, co je skute\u010dn\u011b pot\u0159eba, je naj\u00edt co je\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou va\u0161eho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed &#8211; a vede ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btu a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cholesterolu. Odborn\u00edk na\u00a0cholesterol Doktor Rosedale tak spr\u00e1vn\u011b zd\u016fraznil:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Pokud doch\u00e1z\u00ed k takov\u00e9mu nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 distribuovat v\u00edc cholesterolu p\u0159es krevn\u00ed\u00a0\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b, nezd\u00e1 se b\u00fdt velmi rozumn\u00e9 pouze sn\u00ed\u017eit hladinu cholesterolu a zapomenout, pro\u010d je v\u016fbec\u00a0zde.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2004 se americk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm N\u00e1rodn\u00edho programu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed o cholesterolu rozhodla,\u00a0\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed hladinu LDL cholesterolu na je\u0161t\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hodnoty. P\u0159ed rokem 2004 byla za bezpe\u010dnou hodnotu\u00a0pova\u017eov\u00e1na hranice 130 miligram\u016f LDL cholesterolu. Podle nov\u00e9 aktualizace se pova\u017euje za zdravotn\u011b\u00a0velmi nebezpe\u010dnou hranici ji\u017e 70 miligram\u016f LDL cholesterolu.
