Zat\u00edmco si u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed meloun, \u010dasto zapom\u00edn\u00e1me, \u017ee i ten nese sv\u00e1 rizika, pokud nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b skladov\u00e1n.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d jsou melouny rizikov\u00e9?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee si mnoho lid\u00ed mysl\u00ed, \u017ee melouny jsou d\u00edky sv\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 povaze dostate\u010dn\u011b kysel\u00e9, aby zabr\u00e1nily r\u016fstu bakteri\u00ed, realita je jin\u00e1. <strong>V\u011bt\u0161ina meloun\u016f m\u00e1 pH vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 5,0<\/strong>, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm bakteri\u00edm, jako jsou <a href=\"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=185\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salmonella<\/a><strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shigella<\/a><\/strong>, nejen p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt, ale i se mno\u017eit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=2493\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bakterie<\/a> se b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed na zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m povrchu meloun\u016f. Pokud meloun p\u0159ed kr\u00e1jen\u00edm d\u016fkladn\u011b neumyjeme, snadno <strong>kontaminujeme vnit\u0159n\u00ed, jedlou \u010d\u00e1st<\/strong>. Pokud pak nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd meloun nen\u00ed ihned chlazen, bakterie se rychle mno\u017e\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k <strong>aliment\u00e1rn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm<\/strong>, jako je salmonel\u00f3za. Mnoh\u00e9 epidemie salmonel\u00f3zy v minulosti byly spojeny pr\u00e1v\u011b s konzumac\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch meloun\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad ze sal\u00e1tov\u00fdch bar\u016f.
