Av\u0161ak nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fritovac\u00edho oleje, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b jeho p\u0159epalov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k tvorb\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 riziko pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co se d\u011bje s olejem p\u0159i p\u0159epalov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem fritov\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k rozkladu oleje v d\u016fsledku vysok\u00e9 teploty.
