Organismus proto reguluje jeho hladinu v krvi a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poklesu dopl\u0148uje hladinu v\u00e1pn\u00edkem z kost\u00ed. V prevenci a l\u00e9\u010db\u011b osteopor\u00f3zy je tedy jeho dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem absolutn\u00ed podm\u00ednkou!<\/p>\n<h3>Jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b dopl\u0148ovat v\u00e1pn\u00edk?<\/h3>\n<p>I kdy\u017e se bude zd\u00e1t, \u017ee dopln\u011bn\u00edm v\u00e1pn\u00edku ve form\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch potravinov\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f se postar\u00e1te o jeho dostatek, m\u00e1te pravdu, ale pouze z\u010d\u00e1sti.<\/p>\n<p>Organismus ho nemus\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt na ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u00fa\u010del, co\u017e je v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dopln\u011bn\u00ed do kostn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>K tomu je pot\u0159eba <strong>vitamin D<\/strong> (D3), kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed jako p\u0159epravce v\u00e1pn\u00edku do kost\u00ed. Proto je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zajistit jeho optim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vku, na co n\u00e1m sta\u010d\u00ed u\u017e pobyt na denn\u00edm sv\u011btle, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159em\u011b\u0148ovat cholesterol pr\u00e1v\u011b na tento vitam\u00edn. Pokud v\u0161ak sed\u00edte v\u00edce v kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed za po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem, nebo jste v\u011bt\u0161inu dne zav\u0159en\u00fd v z\u00e1vod\u011b, je pot\u0159eba doplnit vitam\u00edn D z potravy, \u010di vitaminov\u00fdmi dopl\u0148ky. Laicky \u0159e\u010deno, vitamin K2 diktuje vitaminu D3 kam je t\u0159eba ukl\u00e1dat v\u00e1pn\u00edk pomoc\u00ed aktivace b\u00edlkovin.<\/p>\n<h3>Studie vlivu dal\u0161\u00edch vitam\u00edn\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>V Japonsku prob\u00edhala <strong>studie<\/strong> trvaj\u00edc\u00ed dva roky, u \u017een po menopauze bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee bez vitam\u00ednu &#8211; D, vitamin &#8211; K2 <strong>nen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd<\/strong>. Stejn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny kostn\u00ed hmoty byla minim\u00e1ln\u00ed (podobn\u00e1) p\u0159i pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho vitaminu D, jako\u017e i samotn\u00e9ho vitaminu K2.<\/p>\n<p>U skupiny \u017een p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00edc\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b oba vitam\u00edny byl <strong>n\u00e1r\u016fst<\/strong> kostn\u00ed hmoty <strong>znateln\u00fd<\/strong>. Do p\u016fl roku o 4%, do roku a\u017e 6%. U kontroln\u00ed skupiny do\u0161lo k poklesu kostn\u00ed hmoty t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o 4%.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nelze zapom\u00ednat na fakt, \u017ee zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 vitaminy (A, D, E, K) jsou vitaminy <strong>rozpustn\u00e9 v tuc\u00edch<\/strong>.
