Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee pro masn\u00e9 produkty nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality, jako jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b steaky, nejsou rostlinn\u00e9 alternativy p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dostupn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hofmann to chce zm\u011bnit. Jeho metoda je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na&nbsp;<strong>v\u00fdrob\u011b steaku z&nbsp;proteinu, poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho z&nbsp;hr\u00e1\u0161ku, a&nbsp;tuku<\/strong>. Takto vyroben\u00e9 produkty p\u0159itom c\u00edl\u00ed na lidi, jako je s\u00e1m Hofmann. Nejde o&nbsp;n\u011bjak\u00e9 militantn\u00ed vegetari\u00e1ny, ale konzumenty, kte\u0159\u00ed by r\u00e1di sn\u00ed\u017eili spot\u0159ebu masa, ani\u017e by se museli vzd\u00e1t obl\u00edben\u00fdch chut\u00ed&nbsp; j\u00eddel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;alternativn\u00edm mase, vyroben\u00e9m Hofmannovou metodou, je tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 typick\u00e1 pro steak nahrazena&nbsp;<strong>emulz\u00ed oleje ve&nbsp;vod\u011b<\/strong>, do kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky, jako jsou vitam\u00edny nebo stopov\u00e9 prvky.
