{"id":3797,"date":"2020-10-28T08:08:17","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T07:08:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=3797"},"modified":"2020-10-28T08:08:19","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T07:08:19","slug":"nakaza-zpusobena-bakteriemi-salmonella-typhimurium-a-salmonella-anatum-ve-spojitosti-s-para-orechy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=3797","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e1kaza zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 bakteriemi Salmonella Typhimurium a Salmonella Anatum ve spojitosti s para o\u0159echy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Evropsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin (EFSA) a Evropsk\u00e9 st\u0159edisko pro prevenci a kontrolu nemoc\u00ed (ECDC) vypracovaly na \u017e\u00e1dost Evropsk\u00e9 komise Spole\u010dn\u00e9 rychl\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed n\u00e1kazy zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 bakteriemi&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Salmonella&nbsp;<\/em>Typhimurium a&nbsp;<em>Salmonella&nbsp;<\/em>Anatum ve spojitosti s para o\u0159echy.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od 1. srpna roku 2019 propukla n\u00e1kaza zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 bakteriemi&nbsp;<em>Salmonella<\/em>&nbsp;Typhimurium ST19 a&nbsp;<em>Salmonella<\/em>&nbsp;Anatum ST64 ve t\u0159ech zem\u00edch Evropsk\u00e9 unie,&nbsp;ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a v Kanad\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke dni 20. \u0159\u00edjna 2020 bylo zaznamen\u00e1no 123 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f&nbsp;<em>S<\/em>. Typhimurium ST19 a 1 p\u0159\u00edpad&nbsp;<em>S<\/em>. Anatum ST64, z \u010deho\u017e 105 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f bylo ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b&nbsp;<em>S<\/em>. Anatum), 14 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f ve Francii, 3&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpady v Lucembursku a po jednom p\u0159\u00edpadu v Nizozem\u00ed a v Kanad\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontroln\u00ed studie proveden\u00e1 ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a&nbsp;rozhovory s pacienty ve Francii, Lucembursku a&nbsp;Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;nositeli infekce jsou pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b para o\u0159echy a o\u0159echov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze dvou \u0161ar\u017e\u00ed para o\u0159ech\u016f dovezen\u00fdch z Bol\u00edvie byly odebr\u00e1ny kontroln\u00ed vzorky ve zpracovatelsk\u00e9m z\u00e1vod\u011b &#8222;British Processing Company B&#8220;, kter\u00e9 byly n\u00e1sledn\u011b prok\u00e1z\u00e1ny jako pozitivn\u00ed na v\u00fdskyt bakteri\u00ed&nbsp;<em>S<\/em>. Typhimurium ST19 (\u0161ar\u017ee A) a&nbsp;<em>S<\/em>. Anatum ST64 (\u0161ar\u017ee B). Tyto para o\u0159echy byly ve zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9m&nbsp;z\u00e1vod\u011b d\u00e1le zpracov\u00e1ny do o\u0159echov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (ozna\u010den\u00fdch jako &#8222;A&#8220; a &#8222;L&#8220;). Para o\u0159echy a&nbsp;o\u0159echov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky &#8222;A&#8220; a &#8222;L&#8220; byly identifikov\u00e1ny, \u017ee jsou rizikov\u00fdm faktorem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9ho bakteriemi&nbsp;<em>Salmonella<\/em>&nbsp;Typhimurium ST19 ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed.<br>Sledovan\u00e9 para o\u0159echy byly pou\u017eity tak\u00e9 na v\u00fdrobu&nbsp;jin\u00fdch o\u0159echov\u00fdch produkt\u016f&nbsp;vyroben\u00fdch v dal\u0161\u00edch zpracovatelsk\u00fdch z\u00e1vodech ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed&nbsp;a v jednom&nbsp;z\u00e1vod\u011b v Rakousku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b kontaminovan\u00e9 para o\u0159echy jsou p\u016fvodem n\u00e1kazy, nicm\u00e9n\u011b s dostupn\u00fdmi \u00fadaji nelze ur\u010dit p\u0159esn\u00e9 m\u00edsto kontaminace. Od srpna roku 2020 byla zavedena rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se sta\u017een\u00ed o\u0159echov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f z trhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem odborn\u00edci EFSA a ECDC vyhodnotili, \u017ee&nbsp;ohnisko n\u00e1kazy je&nbsp;&nbsp;kontrolovan\u00e9 a&nbsp;pravd\u011bpodobnost nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f je n\u00edzk\u00e1, p\u0159esto v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e1, nebo\u0165 o\u0159echov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky maj\u00ed dlouhou trvanlivost a lid\u00e9 je mohli zakoupit je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed zaveden\u00edm kontroln\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed.
