Uveden\u00e9 sladidlo, tj. ovocn\u00fd fruktooligosacharid (FOS), je vyrobeno ze sorbitolu a&nbsp;enzymu vyvinut\u00e9ho CIGB. \u0158editel CIGB Mario Estrada uvedl, \u017ee vyvinut\u00e9 sladidlo je&nbsp;prebiotick\u00e1 a hypokalorick\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina s&nbsp;prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm vlivem na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Sladidlo bylo vyv\u00edjeno v CIGB ve spolupr\u00e1ci s cukrovarnickou spole\u010dnost\u00ed AzCuba Sugar Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIGB uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee FOS je nestraviteln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed cukr skl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed se ze dvou a\u017e \u010dty\u0159 jednotek frukt\u00f3zy, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s koncovou gluk\u00f3zou p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed jako rozpustn\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina. Podle dosavadn\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f je&nbsp;jeho po\u017eit\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pro st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ru a podporuje produkci laktobacil\u016f a bifidobakteri\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle \u0159editele CIGB se toto biotechnologick\u00e9 sladidlo m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t pro Kubu dal\u0161\u00edm zdrojem p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f. To&nbsp;je&nbsp;v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b, kdy kub\u00e1nsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da po\u017eaduje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdvozu a diverzifikaci. Kuba se ned\u00e1vno zm\u011bnila z v\u00fdvozce cukru na jeho dovozce, a to ze zem\u00ed jako je nap\u0159. Francie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technologie, jak byl pou\u017eit\u00fd enzym vyroben, zat\u00edm nebyla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna a bude odhalena a\u017e b\u011bhem kongresu BioCubaAgro 2020, kter\u00fd je organizov\u00e1n CIBS a bude se konat ve dnech 3. a\u017e 7. kv\u011btna 2020 v&nbsp;Matanzasu na Kub\u011b. V\u00fdsledky studie jsou tak\u00e9 zahrnuty do v\u00fdzkum\u016f, kter\u00e9 budou na kongresu, jeho\u017e se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed z\u00e1stupci 30 r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed z&nbsp;Ji\u017en\u00ed Ameriky, Evropy, Asie, Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f americk\u00fdch a&nbsp;Kanady, p\u0159edstaveny. B\u011bhem akce se budou konat \u010dty\u0159i sympozia t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 biotechnologie, rostlinn\u00e9 biotechnologie, vztahu rostlin s prost\u0159ed\u00edm a osiv\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 biotechnologie.
