Laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdza identifikovala p\u0159\u00edtomnost kontaminantu pouze na hranici zjistitelnosti akreditovanou laboratorn\u00ed metodou a v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 hodnota i p\u0159i zapo\u010dten\u00ed nejistoty m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed nedos\u00e1hla limit\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou stanoveny pro pou\u017eit\u00e9 suroviny a potraviny p\u0159edpisy EU na 0,005 mg\/kg (miligram\u016f kontaminantu na 1 kilogram potraviny).<\/p>\n<p>U uveden\u00e9 potraviny existovalo podez\u0159en\u00ed na kontaminaci insekticidem fipronil na z\u00e1klad\u011b notifikace zaslan\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm evropsk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu rychl\u00e9ho varov\u00e1n\u00ed (RASFF). Dle notifikace byla do v\u00fdrobn\u00edho z\u00e1vodu Mondelez &#8211; Opavia zasl\u00e1na n\u011bmeck\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcem \u0161ar\u017ee su\u0161en\u00e9ho vaje\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eloutku, u kter\u00e9ho pozd\u011bji kontrola zjistila kontaminaci fipronilem. Tuto surovinu p\u0159ed obdr\u017een\u00edm informace o kontaminaci v\u00fdrobce zpracoval do v\u00fdrobku Opavia \u2013 Zlat\u00e9 v\u011bne\u010dky \u017eloutkov\u00e9.
