Na stran\u011b druh\u00e9 se za touto &#8222;rozmanitost\u00ed&#8220; skr\u00fdvaj\u00ed jen r\u016fzn\u00e9 barevn\u00e9 obaly a krabi\u010dky, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed prakticky tot\u00e9\u017e. Mnoho potravin, kter\u00e9 bychom si dovedli sami vyrobit, se voz\u00ed p\u0159es p\u016fl Evropy a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e exhalacemi a zne\u010dis\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00edm \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jejich samotn\u00e1 u\u017eitn\u00e1 hodnota a vliv na zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Do roku 1994 platily v \u010ceskoslovensku je\u0161t\u011b z dob minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu z\u00e1konn\u00e9 normy, kter\u00e9 nedovolovaly, aby klob\u00e1sy obsahovaly mouku, aby jogurty obsahovaly \u0161krob atd. atd.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><strong>Tyto normy byly zru\u0161eny a v \u010cesku za\u010dala doslova d\u017eungle.<\/strong><br \/>\nPotraviny jsou dnes sam\u00e1 n\u00e1hra\u017eka. Ani kvalita n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00e1sel nen\u00ed nic oslniv\u00e9ho, je to nastavov\u00e1no vodou! V\u011bt\u0161ina \u010dokol\u00e1d, prod\u00e1van\u00fdch v na\u0161ich obchodech, nejsou \u010dokol\u00e1dy, ale \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 imitace pln\u00e9 levn\u00fdch n\u00e1hra\u017eek. Mezi tyto n\u00e1hra\u017eky pat\u0159\u00ed karabov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek, kter\u00fd se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ze svatoj\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho chleba, j\u00edm\u017e se ve St\u0159edozem\u00ed krm\u00ed ovce a velbloudi. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u010cesk\u00e9 p\u00e1rky<\/strong><\/span> jsou dnes z v\u011bt\u0161iny pln\u011bny s\u00f3jou, moukou nebo separ\u00e1tem. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Co je to dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed separ\u00e1t?<\/span><\/strong> Z ku\u0159ete se vyjmou prsa a stehna, kter\u00e1 se prodaj\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165. Zbytek &#8211; tedy k\u016f\u017ee, kostra, hlavy i se zob\u00e1ky, krky, pa\u0159\u00e1ty a vnit\u0159nostmi se rozmixuj\u00ed, p\u0159ecedi, obarv\u00ed na \u010derveno a p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed se do p\u00e1rk\u016f a klob\u00e1s, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u00e1rk\u016f do 40,- K\u010d za 1 kg tvo\u0159\u00ed se s\u00f3jou, chemik\u00e1liemi, c\u00e9\u010dky atd.jejich hlavn\u00ed slo\u017eku.<br \/>\nKdo kupujete dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1rky a nem\u00e1te je p\u0159\u00edmo z n\u011bjak\u00e9 mal\u00e9 por\u00e1\u017eky, nej\u00e1sejte. Tyto molitanov\u00e9 masokostn\u00ed mou\u010dky se dnes p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed i do dra\u017e\u0161\u00edch p\u00e1rk\u016f. Jak jsme v\u0161ak byli ubezpe\u010deni Informa\u010dn\u00edm centrem bezpe\u010dnosti potravin, z tvrd\u00e9ho strojn\u00edho odd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b separ\u00e1tu (SOM &#8211; strojov\u011b odd\u011blen\u00e9 maso) se z\u00edsk\u00e1 velmi jemn\u00e1 masov\u00e1 pasta slo\u017een\u00e1 z \u010d\u00e1stic men\u0161\u00edch ne\u017e 1 mm, tak\u017ee nehroz\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 \u00fajma na zdrav\u00ed. Akor\u00e1t, \u017ee to \u017eereme!(Pro zaj\u00edmavost &#8211; separ\u00e1ty se vyr\u00e1b\u011bly i d\u0159\u00edve, su\u0161ily se a pou\u017e\u00edvaly se jako krmivo pro dobytek. Pro potla\u010den\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch pach\u016f ze separ\u00e1tu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b existuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 sajrajty.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">N\u00e1hra\u017ekov\u00e9 prefabrik\u00e1ty dnes pronikaj\u00ed i do takov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kter\u00e9 vypadaj\u00ed navenek jako sal\u00e1my \u010di \u0161unka.<\/span><\/strong> R\u016fzn\u00e9 b\u016f\u010dky a slanina je dnes vyr\u00e1b\u011bna zejm\u00e9na z p\u0159erostl\u00fdch polsk\u00fdch prasat, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed jinou strukturu masa, ne\u017e prasata \u010desk\u00e1, kter\u00e1 jsou v\u00edce masit\u00e1 a jejich b\u016f\u010dky obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce masa. Na polsk\u00fdch b\u016f\u010dc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se k n\u00e1m jako p\u0159ebytky dov\u00e1\u017e\u00ed je sam\u00e9 s\u00e1dlo, ale nekupte to. Je to b\u00edl\u00fd a b\u00edl\u00e9 maso je p\u0159ece dietn\u00ed! Hov\u011bz\u00ed maso, kter\u00e9 obchodn\u00edci kupuj\u00ed od jatek jako maso z krav za p\u00e1r korun, je prod\u00e1v\u00e1no jako kvalitn\u00ed maso z mlad\u00fdch b\u00fd\u010dk\u016f.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ani milovn\u00edci ryb nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt u\u0161et\u0159eni podvodu.<\/span><\/strong> M\u00e1te r\u00e1di kraba? M\u016f\u017ee se v\u00e1m st\u00e1t, \u017ee to maso deklarovan\u00e9 jako krab\u00ed, je z tresek. Do chleba se dnes p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed pomlet\u00e9 zbytky star\u00e9ho chleba a pe\u010diva, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159edt\u00edm neprodalo. Stroje tyto zbytky, (kter\u00e9 se d\u0159\u00edve d\u00e1valy prasat\u016fm nebo se prod\u00e1valy za ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cenu jako krmn\u00fd chleba pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed u\u017eitkov\u00e9 zv\u00ed\u0159ectvo), semelou a sm\u011bs je d\u00e1le upravov\u00e1na. P\u0159idaj\u00ed se speci\u00e1ln\u00ed sm\u011bsi s enzymy, pak se m\u00edch\u00e1 t\u011bsto atd. atd. a na druh\u00e9m konci vyjede upe\u010den\u00fd chleba. Nevad\u00ed, \u017ee obsahuje sezam nebo m\u00e1k a nebo ln\u011bn\u00e9 sem\u00ednko. Takov\u00e9 kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 ohnisko civiliza\u010dn\u00edch chorob a alergi\u00ed. Z rohl\u00edk\u016f se st\u00e1v\u00e1 gumov\u00e1 hmota, kter\u00e1 druh\u00fd den ztvrdne a chleba je bez chuti. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ke\u010dupy a ho\u0159\u010dice nejsou ho\u0159\u010dice<\/strong><\/span>, je to voda s moukou nebo se \u0161krobem, ve kter\u00e9 je s b\u00eddou&nbsp;10% skute\u010dn\u00e9ho ke\u010dupu nebo skute\u010dn\u00e9 ho\u0159\u010dice. Dnes u\u017e se na n\u011bkter\u00fdch &#8222;ke\u010dupech&#8220; vyskytuje na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b mal\u00fd n\u00e1zev &#8222;ke\u010dupov\u00e1 &#8220; \u010di &#8222;raj\u010datov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka.&#8220; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Tyto blivajzy se v reg\u00e1lech tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako ke\u010dupy, ale vid\u011bly raj\u010data leda tak z rychl\u00edku. Maso, zejm\u00e9na dovezen\u00e9, je &#8222;nastavov\u00e1no&#8220; vodou<\/strong><\/span>, kter\u00e1 je do n\u011bho injek\u010dn\u011b vpravov\u00e1na. Do n\u011bkter\u00fdch masn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f je pro zm\u011bnu zase injek\u010dn\u011b vpravov\u00e1na levn\u00e1 s\u00f3jov\u00e1 b\u00edlkovina. Konzervy obsahuj\u00ed bl\u00ed\u017ee nespecifikovanou hmotu, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 s kousky dobr\u00e9ho masa, kter\u00e9 jsme nach\u00e1zeli v socialistick\u00fdch konzerv\u00e1ch, nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Land\u0161m\u00edt, kter\u00fd se d\u0159\u00edv vyr\u00e1b\u011bl z masa<\/strong><\/span> a dal se nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd op\u00e9ct nad ohn\u011bm, je dnes nedefinovateln\u00fd prejt z k\u016f\u017e\u00ed a \u0161lach slepen\u00fd obarven\u00fdm \u0161krobem, kter\u00fd se v\u00e1m bu\u010f po nap\u00edchnut\u00ed na klacek rozpadne nebo nad ohn\u011bm rozte\u010de. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Le\u010do s klob\u00e1sou ji\u017e d\u00e1vno nen\u00ed<\/strong><\/span> ta dobr\u00e1 zelenina s klob\u00e1sou, ale to le\u010do vypad\u00e1, jako by u\u017e jednou pro\u0161lo \u017ealudkem a ta &#8222;klob\u00e1sa&#8220; je s\u00f3jov\u00e1. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Hov\u011bz\u00ed a vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso ve vlastn\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1v\u011b<\/strong><\/span> nez\u0159\u00eddka obsahuje i polovinu rozmixovan\u00fdch ku\u0159ec\u00edch kost\u00ed a k\u016f\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se d\u0159\u00edve mlely v kafil\u00e9rk\u00e1ch na masokostn\u00ed mou\u010dky pro zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Ty &#8222;kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed&#8220; konzervy obsahuj\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e tato pochoutka na tal\u00ed\u0159i zchladne, lze ji \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt jako lepidlo. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pa\u0161tiky a pomaz\u00e1nky<\/strong><\/span> jsou nastavov\u00e1ny \u0161krobem, moukou a dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00edmi separ\u00e1ty. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pro\u0161l\u00e9 maso ze supermarket\u016f je o\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1no octovou vodou, nakl\u00e1d\u00e1no do marin\u00e1d a pod\u00e1v\u00e1no jako specialita k letn\u00edmu grilov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/span> R\u016fzn\u00e9 sal\u00e1ty jsou zakonzervov\u00e1ny tak, aby vydr\u017eely, ale skute\u010dnou majon\u00e9zu vid\u011bly leda tak z rychl\u00edku. Dorty a dezerty jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny z n\u00e1hra\u017eek, stejn\u011b jako r\u016fzn\u00e9 oplatky a ty\u010dinky. Sirupy nejsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny z ovoce, ale jedn\u00e1 se o vodu z cukrem, ve kter\u00e9 je ovocn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165. Z \u010desk\u00e9ho piva se pov\u011bt\u0161inou staly europatoky univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed chuti vyroben\u00e9 v syst\u00e9mu CKT\/HGB, kter\u00fd &#8222;p\u0159eskakuje&#8220; klasick\u00e9 zr\u00e1n\u00ed a dokva\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed v le\u017e\u00e1ck\u00e9m sudu. Univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed b\u00fdvaj\u00ed i n\u00e1sledky po\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto chemik\u00e1li\u00ed &#8211; rekt\u00e1ln\u00ed zvracen\u00ed \u010dili sra\u010dka. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Skaln\u00ed piva\u0159i dnes p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed<\/strong><\/span> na 11\u00b0\u00b0 pivo, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 aspo\u0148 trochu \u00farove\u0148 d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed des\u00edtky. N\u011bkter\u00e1 \u0161umiv\u00e1 v\u00edna se ned\u011blaj\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00edm zr\u00e1n\u00edm, ale vyr\u00e1b\u00ed se jako sif\u00f3n. Pokud si n\u011bkdo mysl\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e si koup\u00ed dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobek, \u010di dokonce v\u00fdrobek zna\u010dkov\u00fd, zeje zaru\u010dena vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvalita, je na omylu. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee se daj\u00ed koupit i dobr\u00e9 potraviny. P\u00e1rky, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed maso, jogurty bez \u017eelatin a \u0161krob\u016f, k\u0159upav\u00e9 rohl\u00edky, co vydr\u017e\u00ed do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho dne, ke\u010dupy z raj\u010dat apod. Je to v\u0161ak luxus! <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ano, to co bylo za socialismu standardem a normou je dnes luxusem.<\/strong><\/span> St\u00e1t bohu\u017eel d\u011bl\u00e1 v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b na lidech ur\u010ditou formu podvodu, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se jejich spot\u0159ebn\u00edho ko\u0161e, pota\u017emo \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b. U potravin se sice vych\u00e1z\u00ed z jejich hmotnosti, nikoliv v\u0161ak kvality. <strong>V N\u011bmecku si takov\u00fd bordel v\u00fdrobci d\u011blat nedovol\u00ed.
