{"id":2987,"date":"2017-02-21T16:42:25","date_gmt":"2017-02-21T15:42:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=2987"},"modified":"2017-02-21T16:42:25","modified_gmt":"2017-02-21T15:42:25","slug":"hygiena-a-bezpecnost-potravin-dopad-na-obyvatelstvo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=2987","title":{"rendered":"Hygiena a bezpe\u010dnost potrav\u00edn- dopad na obyvate\u013estvo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>O fakte, \u017ee je nanajv\u00fd\u0161 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 dodr\u017eiavanie z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch podmienok pri manipul\u00e1ci\u00ed s potravinami niet poch\u00fdb. <!--more-->Pozrite sa v\u0161ak detailnej\u0161ie na \u0161tatistiku aliment\u00e1rnych ochoren\u00ed na Slovensku z roku 2015.<\/h2>\n<p>V roku 2015 nebolo v skupine aliment\u00e1rnych ochoren\u00ed zaznamenan\u00e9 ochorenie na <strong>bru\u0161n\u00fd&nbsp;t\u00fdfus a parat\u00fdfus<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V analyzovanom roku bolo zaznamenan\u00fdch <strong>5103 ochoren\u00ed na salmonel\u00f3zu<\/strong>, \u010do predstavuje chorobnos\u0165 94,13\/100 000. V\u00fdskyt je o 17% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako v roku 2014 a o 12% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ako 5 ro\u010dn\u00fd priemer. Charakter v\u00fdskytu bol sporadick\u00fd, rodinn\u00fd, ale aj epidemick\u00fd.&nbsp;Zaznamenan\u00fdch bolo 226 epid\u00e9mi\u00ed, z toho 102 epid\u00e9mi\u00ed s po\u010dtom chor\u00fdch 3 a viac os\u00f4b v jednom ohnisku. V 102 tohtoro\u010dn\u00fdch epid\u00e9mi\u00e1ch sa zistilo spolu 647 infikovan\u00fdch os\u00f4b, \u010do je 12,7 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu 5103 hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch salmonelov\u00fdch infekci\u00ed na Slovensku v roku 2015. Oproti roku 2014 je to vzostup o 17 epid\u00e9mi\u00ed s po\u010dtom chor\u00fdch 3 a viac os\u00f4b, napriek tejto skuto\u010dnosti po\u010det chor\u00fdch v epid\u00e9mi\u00e1ch hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch v roku 2015 predstavoval pokles o 15,5 % oproti roku 2014.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2990\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2990\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2990\" src=\"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/bbq-1242180_640.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/bbq-1242180_640.jpg 640w, https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/bbq-1242180_640-300x213.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2990\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Porkmy je potrebn\u00e9 dostato\u010dne tepelne upravi\u0165<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Na <strong>dyzent\u00e9riu ochorelo 199 os\u00f4b<\/strong>, \u010do predstavuje chorobnos\u0165 3,67\/100 000. V\u00fdskyt je o 13,5% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ako v roku 2014 a o 50% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v porovnan\u00ed s 5 ro\u010dn\u00fdm priemerom. Charakter 14<br \/>\nv\u00fdskytu bol sporadick\u00fd, rodinn\u00fd, ale aj epidemick\u00fd. Hl\u00e1sen\u00e9 boli 4 epid\u00e9mie s po\u010dtom chor\u00fdch od 2 pr\u00edpadov, v ktor\u00fdch ochorelo 9 os\u00f4b.<\/p>\n<p>V skupine <strong>in\u00fdch bakteri\u00e1lnych \u010drevn\u00fdch infekcii<\/strong> sa zaznamenal v\u00fdskyt <strong>9335 ochoren\u00ed<\/strong>, \u010do predstavuje chorobnos\u0165 172,19\/100 000. Oproti minul\u00e9mu roku je to vzostup o 5,9% a oproti 5 ro\u010dn\u00e9mu priemeru je to vzostup o 32%. V etiol\u00f3gii ochoren\u00ed dominoval&nbsp;Campylobacter, ktor\u00fd sa uplatnil v 6 940 pr\u00edpadoch. Charakter v\u00fdskytu bol sporadick\u00fd, rodinn\u00fd, ale bolo zaznamenan\u00fdch aj 9 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch epid\u00e9mi\u00ed (s po\u010dtom chor\u00fdch od 4 os\u00f4b), v ktor\u00fdch ochorelo spolu 47 os\u00f4b. Men\u0161\u00edch epid\u00e9mi\u00ed bolo 101, v nich ochorelo 241 os\u00f4b.<\/p>\n<p>V skupine <strong>in\u00fdch bakteri\u00e1lnych otr\u00e1v potravinami<\/strong> bolo hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch <strong>128 ochoren\u00ed<\/strong>, \u010do predstavuje chorobnos\u0165 2,36\/100 000. Oproti minul\u00e9mu roku je to pokles o 26% a oproti 5 ro\u010dn\u00e9mu<br \/>\npriemeru je to n\u00e1rast o 20%. Charakter v\u00fdskytu bol sporadick\u00fd, rodinn\u00fd a epidemick\u00fd. Hl\u00e1sen\u00e9 boli 2 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie epid\u00e9mie v ktor\u00fdch ochorelo 113 os\u00f4b. V priebehu roka 2015 boli hl\u00e1sen\u00e9 3 podozrenia na botulizmus. V jednom pr\u00edpade z Banskobystrick\u00e9ho kraja bolo z troch pou\u017eit\u00fdch obalov C\u00edcerovej n\u00e1tierky detekovan\u00e9 Clostridium botulinum A3.<\/p>\n<p>V skupine <strong>in\u00fdch protozo\u00e1rnych \u010drevn\u00fdch infekci\u00ed<\/strong> bolo hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch <strong>249 ochoren\u00ed<\/strong> (chor. 4,59\/100 000), \u010do je o 24,5% viac ako v roku 2014. Charakter v\u00fdskytu bol sporadick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>U <strong>hna\u010diek sp\u00f4soben\u00fdch v\u00edrusmi<\/strong> bolo zaznamenan\u00fdch <strong>7 848 ochoren\u00ed<\/strong>, \u010do predstavuje chorobnos\u0165 144,76\/100 000, \u010do je oproti roku 2014 vzostup o 42,9%. Charakter v\u00fdskytu bol sporadick\u00fd, rodinn\u00fd a epidemick\u00fd. Hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch bolo 52 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch epid\u00e9mi\u00ed s po\u010dtom pr\u00edpadov od 4 do 173, v ktor\u00fdch ochorelo spolu 1095 os\u00f4b.<\/p>\n<p>V skupine <strong>hna\u010diek a gastroenterit\u00edd pravdepodobne infek\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u00f4vodu<\/strong> bolo hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch <strong>2 610 ochoren\u00ed<\/strong>, \u010do predstavuje chorobnos\u0165 48,14\/100 000. V\u00fdskyt je oproti roku 2014 o 8,4% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a oproti 5 ro\u010dn\u00e9mu priemeru je to pokles o 22%. Charakter v\u00fdskytu bol&nbsp;sporadick\u00fd, rodinn\u00fd, ale aj epidemick\u00fd. Zaznamenan\u00fdch bolo 26 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch epid\u00e9mi\u00ed od 5 pr\u00edpadov v ktor\u00fdch ochorelo 651 os\u00f4b a 5 men\u0161\u00edch epid\u00e9mii v ktor\u00fdch ochorelo 10 os\u00f4b.&nbsp;<br \/>\nV roku 2015 v skupine aliment\u00e1rnych n\u00e1kaz bolo hl\u00e1sen\u00fdch 7 \u00famrt\u00ed, z toho v troch pr\u00edpadoch na diagn\u00f3zu Enterokolit\u00edda zapr\u00ed\u010d. Clostridium difficile u 75 ro\u010dnej \u017eeny z okresu Prievidza, u 86 ro\u010dnej \u017eeny z okresu Ko\u0161ice II. a u 88 ro\u010dnej \u017eeny z okresu Ko\u0161ice IV. V dvoch pr\u00edpadoch i\u0161lo o \u00famrtie na Rotav\u00edrusov\u00fa enterit\u00eddu u jeden ro\u010dn\u00e9ho diev\u010datka z okresu Ke\u017emarok a o \u00famrtie na Hna\u010dku a gastroenterit\u00eddu pravdepodobne infek\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u00f4vodu u 82&nbsp;ro\u010dnej \u017eeny z okresu Nitra.
