P\u0159i kontrole byli inspekto\u0159i SZPI nuceni na m\u00edst\u011bn ulo\u017eit z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prostor kuchyn\u011b pro mnoha\u010detn\u00e1 poru\u0161en\u00ed hygienick\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f, mj. v\u00fdrazn\u011b zanedban\u00fd \u00faklid, zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 n\u00e1\u010din\u00ed, ne\u010distoty na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, reg\u00e1lech, st\u011bn\u00e1ch i podlaze.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Restaurace Na R\u016f\u017eku<\/span>\u00a0(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: Skathi s.r.o.), \u0158\u00edd\u00edc\u00edho u\u010ditele Havla 62, 46343 \u010cesk\u00fd Dub. Inspekce uzav\u0159ela prostor sklepa pro skladov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin, sudy s pivem byly skladov\u00e1ny ve sklepn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch provozovny s nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edmi podm\u00ednkami, jednalo se o ne\u010distoty na stropech, st\u011bn\u00e1ch a podlaze, bl\u00e1to a zv\u00fd\u0161enou vlhkost.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CLUB 333<\/span>\u00a0(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: V. I. V. DC s.r.o.), Na P\u011b\u0161in\u011b 333, 40505 D\u011b\u010d\u00edn. SZPI na m\u00edst\u011b ulo\u017eila z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prostor pro rozp\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed pokrm\u016f \u2013 pizzy a bagety \u2013 ze zmra\u017een\u00fdch polotovar\u016f. Kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed byla zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 od zaschl\u00fdch zbytk\u016f potravin, v\u00a0m\u00edstnosti se ulupovala om\u00edtka a dispozice m\u00edstnosti byla celkov\u011b nevhodn\u00e1 pro p\u0159\u00edpravu pokrm\u016f, nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zabr\u00e1nit kontaminaci potravni z\u00a0vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.\u00a8<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Restaurant Estrella<\/span>\u00a0(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: Jan Lobreis), Opatovick\u00e1 159\/17, 11000 Praha. SZPI p\u0159i kontrole uzav\u0159ela skald provozovny. V\u00a0prosto\u0159e se nach\u00e1zela pl\u00edse\u0148, stropy, st\u011bny a podlaha byly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 a provozovatel nezabezpe\u010dil prostor p\u0159ed pronik\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f a nebylo tak mo\u017en\u00e9 zajistit potraviny p\u0159ed kontaminac\u00ed.\u00a0Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 praxi neodpov\u00eddalo ani uskladn\u011bn\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch druh\u016f potravin.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Restaurace ASIA-IMBIS<\/span>\u00a0(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: Chinh Phan Van) Horn\u00ed Folmava, 345 32 \u010cesk\u00e1 Kubice. Inspekce p\u0159i kontrole na m\u00edst\u011b uzav\u0159ela kuchyni a sklad potravin. Inspekto\u0159i v\u00a0uveden\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch zjistili v\u00fdskyt my\u0161\u00edho trusu a absenci adekv\u00e1tn\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed provozovny proti pronik\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f. V\u00fdrazn\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 bylo i kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, reg\u00e1ly, st\u011bny, stropy a podlaha. K\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm proh\u0159e\u0161k\u016fm pat\u0159ilo i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed nepotravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, od kter\u00fdch hrozilo riziko kontaminace.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Potraviny \u2013 Javor<\/span>\u00a0(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: Ha nguyen Thi Bich), Tu\u0159anka 1220\/2, 627 00 Brno \u2013 Slatina. Inspekce uzav\u0159ela celou provozovnu v\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee KEG sudy s v\u00ednem jsou skladov\u00e1ny v p\u0159eds\u00ed\u0148ce WC i v samotn\u00e9m prostoru WC, \u017ee na cel\u00e9 provozovn\u011b nen\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159\u00edstup k tepl\u00e9 vod\u011b a provozovatel nezajistil pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed odpadu.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CHIP Bistro<\/span>\u00a0(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: Quoc Chinh Luong), Smetanova 57, 57201 Poli\u010dka. Uzav\u0159en\u00ed provozovny ze strany inspektor\u016f SZPI n\u00e1sledovalo po zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdskytu my\u0161\u00edho trusu a pl\u00edsn\u00ed v\u00a0provozovn\u011b i na chlad\u00edc\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch a zanedban\u00e9ho\u00a0\u00faklidu v\u010detn\u011b ne\u010distot na strop\u011b, st\u011bn\u00e1ch a podlah\u00e1ch.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 restaurace Xin Tian Hao Jiu Jia\u00a0<\/span>(kontrolovan\u00e1 osoba: Zhong Hua Xiao Dang Jia\u00a0s.r.o.), Evropsk\u00e1 689\/148, Praha. Inspekto\u0159i na m\u00edst\u011b uzav\u0159eli provozovnu pro \u0161patn\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky na toalet\u00e1ch, v\u00fdskyt pl\u00edsn\u00ed, v\u0161eobecn\u011b zanedban\u00fd \u00faklid, mj. hromad\u011bn\u00ed odpadu, ne\u010distoty na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, reg\u00e1lech, podlah\u00e1ch i st\u011bn\u00e1ch.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify;\">P\u0159i zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nep\u0159ijateln\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek v\u00a0potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m provozu inspekce na m\u00edst\u011b ulo\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prostor. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 provozovateli prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ulo\u017een\u00e9ho opat\u0159en\u00ed na\u0159\u00edd\u00ed, aby zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 pochyben\u00ed napravil. Pokud provozovatel opat\u0159en\u00ed spln\u00ed, SZPI p\u0159i opakovan\u00e9 kontrole z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prostor uvoln\u00ed. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch poru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f v\u00a0oblasti hygieny inspekce s\u00a0kontrolovanou osobou zahajuje spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ulo\u017een\u00ed sankce.
