Jde o \u0161ar\u017ei potraviny Bulharka &#8211; origin\u00e1l z hov\u011bz\u00edho masa, s\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00edm data minim\u00e1ln\u00ed trvanlivosti do 10. 12. 2016, v\u00fdrobce: Svopex food cz s.r.o., Pap\u00edrensk\u00e1 724, 73921 Paskov. <strong>Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce d\u016frazn\u011b doporu\u010duje v\u0161em spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed by mohli m\u00edt vzhledem k\u00a0deklarovan\u00e9 dob\u011b trvanlivosti danou \u0161ar\u017ei potraviny doma, aby ji v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nekonzumovali<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdza SZPI v\u00a0uveden\u00e9 \u0161ar\u017ei potvrdila p\u0159\u00edtomnost <a href=\"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/index.php\/2015\/06\/09\/listeria-monocytogenes\/\">bakterie<\/a>, kter\u00e1 zp\u016fsobuje onemocn\u011bn\u00ed listeri\u00f3zou. Inspekce proto na\u0159\u00eddila neprodlen\u00e9 sta\u017een\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e9 potraviny z\u00a0tr\u017en\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, d\u00e1le v\u00fdrobci na\u0159\u00eddila p\u0159eru\u0161it v\u00fdrobu t\u00e9to i typov\u011b podobn\u00fdch potravin. \u00a0Z\u00e1kaz z\u016fstane v platnosti a\u017e do prok\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnosti p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00fdch potravin a surovin pro jejich v\u00fdrobu, kterou provozovatel dolo\u017e\u00ed laboratorn\u00edmi rozbory uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00fdmi na vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<p>Prodejem potraviny s\u00a0bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed kontaminac\u00ed v\u00fdrobce poru\u0161il platn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy, a to nespln\u011bn\u00edm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f podle na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (ES) 2073\/2005 o mikrobiologick\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00edch pro potraviny.
