V p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b jsou kampylobaktery velmi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eny.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><em>Campylobacter<\/em> jejuni&nbsp;se vyskytuje hlavn\u011b u dr\u016fbe\u017ee a&nbsp;<em>Campylobacter<\/em> <em>coli<\/em>&nbsp;u prasat. Z t\u011bchto zdroj\u016f se nakaz\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji \u010dlov\u011bk. Infekce nast\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u017eit\u00edm infikovan\u00e9 potravy, kravsk\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem nebo vodou, ale i kontaktem s naka\u017een\u00fdmi zv\u00ed\u0159aty. P\u0159i po\u017eit\u00ed je infek\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1vka v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 000 mikrob\u016f. Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je prov\u00e1zeno bolestmi b\u0159icha, v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm pr\u016fjmem, n\u011bkdy i krvav\u00fdm, bolestmi hlavy a hore\u010dkou. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed trv\u00e1 5 a\u017e 7 dn\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee vymizet i bez l\u00e9\u010dby.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Infekce u \u010dlov\u011bka \u010dasto souvis\u00ed s tepeln\u011b \u0161patn\u011b upravenou potravinou typu \u201efast food\u201c, konzumac\u00ed op\u00e9kan\u00fdch ku\u0159at a syrov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka. Prevenc\u00ed je n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e1 hygiena stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a dobr\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u00faprava pokrm\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ve videu m\u016f\u017eete vid\u011bt <strong>kontaminaci po myt\u00ed<\/strong> dr\u016fbe\u017ee, pod UV sv\u011btlem.
