Je tedy opravdu prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pro lidsk\u00fd organizmus?<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ve velk\u00e9 pozorovac\u00ed kohortov\u00e9 studii [1] ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku se zjistilo, \u017ee \u017eeny kter\u00e9 konzumovali v\u00edce ne\u017e 3 sklenice ml\u00e9ka denn\u011b po dobu 20 let, m\u011bli t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvakr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00famrtnost ne\u017e \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 konzumovali m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jednu skleni\u010dku denn\u011b.&nbsp;Krom\u011b toho konzumace velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9ka, nem\u011bla zlep\u0161it zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti, m\u011bli v\u00edce zlomenin, zejm\u00e9na zlomenin ky\u010dle.<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee studie tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee konzumace fermentovan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (s\u00fdr a jogurt) v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila \u00famrtnost i&nbsp;\u010detnost zlomenin u t\u011bchto \u017een.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A pokud jde o zdravotn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V pozorovac\u00edch studi\u00edch, a to jak mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi i v r\u00e1mci&nbsp;jednotliv\u00fdch populac\u00ed, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem ml\u00e9ka a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f byl spojen se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem rakoviny prostaty (citace z [2]).<\/li>\n<li>Kohortov\u00e9 studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem ml\u00e9ka a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f je spojen i s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem rakoviny vaje\u010dn\u00edk\u016f (viz v\u00fd\u0161e, [2]).<\/li>\n<li>Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny z kravsk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, m\u016f\u017eou hr\u00e1t roli p\u0159i vyvol\u00e1n\u00ed diabetu 1. typu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm procesu naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed mimikry [3] .<\/li>\n<li>Populace, v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch, kter\u00e9 konzumuj\u00ed v\u00edce ml\u00e9ka a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3zy [4].<\/li>\n<li>Interven\u010dn\u00edmi pokusy na zv\u00ed\u0159atech a studiemi u lid\u00ed, bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd protein, &nbsp;zap\u0159\u00ed\u010di\u0148uje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny IGF-1 [5].<\/li>\n<li>V interven\u010dn\u00edch experimentech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech [6] a lidsk\u00fdch experimentech s&nbsp;ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdm proteinem [7], &nbsp;bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee podporuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu (v lidsk\u00e9 studii a studii na zv\u00ed\u0159atech) a ateroskler\u00f3zy (ve studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech).<\/li>\n<li>Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd protein (kasein) podporoval iniciaci rakoviny v experiment\u00e1ln\u00edch studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech [8] .<\/li>\n<li>Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee dlouhodob\u00e1 expozice D-galakt\u00f3zy, je spojena s po\u0161kozen\u00edmi oxida\u010dn\u00edm stresem, chronick\u00fdmi z\u00e1n\u011bty, neurodegenerativn\u00edmi poruchami [1] .<\/li>\n<li>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem ml\u00e9ka je spojen s akn\u00e9 [9] .<\/li>\n<li>Konzumace ml\u00e9ka se pod\u00edl\u00ed na z\u00e1cp\u011b [10] a u\u0161n\u00edch infekc\u00edch (citace z [2]).<\/li>\n<li>Ml\u00e9ko je nejv\u00edce hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdm potravinov\u00fdm alergenem ve sv\u011bt\u011b [11] .<\/li>\n<li>Zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace nem\u016f\u017ee adekv\u00e1tn\u011b tr\u00e1vit ml\u00e9ko kv\u016fli nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed lakt\u00f3zy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>K dispozici je nep\u0159ebern\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch d\u016fkaz\u016f o velmi z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch \u0161kod\u00e1ch po konzumaci ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 potraviny, a na druhou stranu je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee ml\u00e9ko zabra\u0148uje zlomenin\u00e1m jen miziv\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Reference<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Michaelsson K, Wolk A, Langenskiold S, et al.
