Pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi informacemi disponuje chovatel, kter\u00fd je mus\u00ed p\u0159edat jatk\u00e1m, a ty zase d\u00e1le bour\u00e1rn\u011b a tak d\u00e1le. Aby v\u0161em tuto povinnost usnadnila, upravila St\u00e1tn\u00ed veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed spr\u00e1va (SVS) vzor formul\u00e1\u0159e, tzv. \u201einformaci o potravinov\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci\u201c, co\u017e je dokument, kter\u00fd ji\u017e od roku 2009 mus\u00ed v\u0161ichni chovatel\u00e9 poskytovat jatk\u016fm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"article-body-content\">\n<p>\u00da\u010delem v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho dokumentu je dolo\u017eit zejm\u00e9na to, \u017ee zv\u00ed\u0159at jsou zdrav\u00e1 a nebyla nevhodn\u011b l\u00e9\u010dena. Aby chovatel\u00e9 prasat, dr\u016fbe\u017ee a skotu nemuseli vym\u00fd\u0161let nov\u00fd dokument a studovat p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou legislativu, byly do vzoru informac\u00ed o potravinov\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci p\u0159id\u00e1ny jednoduch\u00e9 kolonky, jejich\u017e za\u0161krtnut\u00edm poskytne chovatel ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 informace.<\/p>\n<p>Aktualizovan\u00e9 vzory informac\u00ed o potravinov\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci, s\u00a0\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u011bnovanou p\u016fvodu zv\u00ed\u0159at pro \u00fa\u010dely ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed masa, jsou ke sta\u017een\u00ed na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch St\u00e1tn\u00ed veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy v\u00a0\u010d\u00e1sti \u201eFormul\u00e1\u0159e ke sta\u017een\u00ed\u201c \u2013 \u201ePotravinov\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/eagri.cz\/public\/web\/svs\/portal\/formulare-ke-stazeni\/potravinovy-retezec\/informace-o-potravinovem-retezci.html\">http:\/\/eagri.cz\/public\/web\/svs\/portal\/formulare-ke-stazeni\/potravinovy-retezec\/informace-o-potravinovem-retezci.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce informac\u00ed o povinn\u00e9m ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fvodu masa je na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch St\u00e1tn\u00ed veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy v\u00a0\u010d\u00e1sti \u201eVe\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed\u201c \u2013 \u201ePovinn\u00e9 ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fvodu masa\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/eagri.cz\/public\/web\/svs\/portal\/verejne-zdravi\/povinne-oznacovani-puvodu-u-masa\/\">http:\/\/eagri.cz\/public\/web\/svs\/portal\/verejne-zdravi\/povinne-oznacovani-puvodu-u-masa\/<\/a><br \/>\nMgr.
