Je extr\u00e9mn\u011b citliv\u00fd na teplotu.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sulforafan<\/strong> pat\u0159\u00ed mezi tzv. fytochemik\u00e1lie. Jde o z\u00e1stupce ze skupiny isothiokyan\u00e1t\u016f ((R)-1-isothiokyano-4-metyl-sulfonyl butan).<br \/>\nSulforafan p\u016fsob\u00ed jako antioxidant a stimul\u00e1tor p\u0159irozen\u00fdch enzym\u016f, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed <strong>detoxikaci<\/strong> organismu. Epidemiologick\u00e9 studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee u osob, kter\u00e9 konzumuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed brukvovit\u00e9 zeleniny, je <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 riziko<\/strong> v\u00fdskytu <strong>rakoviny<\/strong>, zejm\u00e9na prsu a prostaty. Pokusy na zv\u00ed\u0159atech se zjistilo, \u017ee brukvovit\u00e1 zelenina sni\u017euje \u010detnost, velikost a po\u010det n\u00e1dor\u016f. B\u011bhem boje proti rakovinn\u00fdm bu\u0148k\u00e1m produkuje na\u0161e t\u011blo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed enzymy, tzv. enzymy f\u00e1ze 2. Sulforafan je induktorem enzym\u016f f\u00e1ze 2, \u010d\u00edm\u017e neutralizuje karcinogeny d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e po\u0161kod\u00ed DNA.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdc\u016fm\u00a0z<strong> Universit\u00e4tsklinikum Heidelberg<\/strong>\u00a0se poda\u0159ilo zpozorovat, p\u0159i laboratorn\u00edm pokusu na my\u0161\u00edch, \u017ee sulforafan napadl p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 agresivn\u00ed kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky tumoru a t\u00edm je u\u010dinil citliv\u00e9 na chemoterapii. Jak d\u00e1le uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, maj\u00ed podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017eij\u00ed &#8211; konven\u010dn\u00ed chemo- a radioterapii, jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za vznik a \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed rakoviny.\u00a0Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee rezistentn\u00ed n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed, mohou op\u011bt tvo\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1dor. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je sulforafan u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159i oslabov\u00e1n\u00ed rezistence kmenov\u00fdch rakovinov\u00fdch bun\u011bk.<\/p>\n<h3>Nejenom kv\u011bt\u00e1k<\/h3>\n<p>Sulforafan glukosinol\u00e1t se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v brukvovit\u00e9 zelenin\u011b, nap\u0159. v kv\u011bt\u00e1ku, brokolici, zel\u00ed a kapust\u011b. Nejbohat\u0161\u00edm zdrojem sulforafanu jsou r\u016f\u017ei\u010dky brokolice.\u00a0Mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010derstv\u00fdch <strong>kl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f brokolice<\/strong> obsahuje tolik ochrany proti rakovin\u011b, jako v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed zral\u00e9 zeleniny .
