{"id":2010,"date":"2016-07-11T08:03:13","date_gmt":"2016-07-11T06:03:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=2010"},"modified":"2016-07-11T08:03:13","modified_gmt":"2016-07-11T06:03:13","slug":"penny-market-prodaval-dovozovou-klobasu-s-nizsim-obsahem-masa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=2010","title":{"rendered":"Penny Market prod\u00e1val dovozovou klob\u00e1su s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem masa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce (SZPI) na\u0159\u00eddila spole\u010dnosti Penny Market s.r.o., aby st\u00e1hla ze\u00a0v\u0161ech sv\u00fdch pobo\u010dek nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed masn\u00fd v\u00fdrobek <strong>Baron<\/strong> Gombaseck\u00e1 klob\u00e1sa, v\u00a0balen\u00ed 400 g, s\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00edm \u0161ar\u017ee L:191 a data minim\u00e1ln\u00ed trvanlivosti do 3. 7. 2016, v\u00fdrobce: <strong>P\u00fachovsk\u00fd m\u00e4sov\u00fd priemysel, a.s., Vset\u00ednska 1354\/15, 020 39 P\u00fachov, Slovensko.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrobce na obalu mj. uvedl: <em>Na 100 g hotov\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku bylo pou\u017eito 125 g masa.<\/em> Laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdza ale ve v\u00fdrobku potvrdila pouze 103 g masa\u00a0na 100 g hotov\u00e9ho (su\u0161en\u00e9ho) v\u00fdrobku. Potravina tak byla ozna\u010dena klamav\u011b ohledn\u011b obsahu masa a to i p\u0159i zapo\u010dten\u00ed nep\u0159esnosti m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. SZPI s\u00a0kontrolovanou osobou zah\u00e1j\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ulo\u017een\u00ed pokuty.<\/p>\n<p>U su\u0161en\u00fdch masn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f se ve slo\u017een\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed pom\u011br hmotnosti nezpracovan\u00fdch surovin na hmotnost hotov\u00e9ho su\u0161en\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobku.
