{"id":1953,"date":"2016-07-04T16:38:04","date_gmt":"2016-07-04T14:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=1953"},"modified":"2016-07-05T18:24:33","modified_gmt":"2016-07-05T16:24:33","slug":"koktejlova-smes-herbalife-klamala-o-obsahu-vitaminu-d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/potravinyx.cz\/?p=1953","title":{"rendered":"Koktejlov\u00e1 sm\u011bs HERBALIFE klamala o obsahu vitam\u00ednu D &#8211; Aktualizov\u00e1no"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce (SZPI) pokra\u010duje v\u00a0kontrol\u00e1ch internetov\u00e9ho prodeje v\u010detn\u011b prodeje tzv. potravin pro zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b inspekto\u0159i zjistili o t\u0159etinu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na obale deklarovan\u00fd obsah vitam\u00ednu D u potraviny pro zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu Herbalife 24 Formula 1 Sport vanilka, V\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e1 b\u00edlkovinn\u00e1 koktejlov\u00e1 sm\u011bs v\u00a0pr\u00e1\u0161ku v\u00a0balen\u00ed 780 g, s\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00edm data minim\u00e1ln\u00ed trvanlivosti do 9\/2016, ozna\u010den\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ee: 994669BG3, dovozce do \u010cR: CALWELL s.r.o., Martinick\u00e1 987, 197 00 Praha 9, zem\u011b p\u016fvodu: USA.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrobce na obalu mj. uvedl, \u017ee obsah vitam\u00ednu D je 18\u00b5g v\u00a01 doporu\u010den\u00e9 d\u00e1vce o velikosti 26g. Laboratorn\u00ed rozbor ale ve v\u00fdrobku potvrdil pouze koncentraci 12,5 \u00b5g\/ 26g a informace na obalu tak mohla uv\u00e9st spot\u0159ebitele v\u00a0omyl ohledn\u011b obsahu vitam\u00ednu D.<\/p>\n<p>Inspekto\u0159i SZPI odebrali z\u00e1vadnou \u0161ar\u017ei prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm e-shopu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.herbaprodukt.cz\/\">www.herbaprodukt.cz<\/a> a s\u00a0provozovatelem Mgr. Ing. Tom\u00e1\u0161em Gardian\u010d\u00edkem, Ostrava, zah\u00e1j\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ulo\u017een\u00ed pokuty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AKTUALIZACE 1. 7. 2016:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadu vyplynulo, \u017ee p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e1 \u0161ar\u017ee v\u00fdrobku nebyla ur\u010dena pro evropsk\u00fd trh. Receptura pro mimoevropsk\u00e9 trhy se li\u0161\u00ed a neexistuje z\u00e1ruka, \u017ee spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f EU. P\u0159esto byla p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e1 \u0161ar\u017ee v\u00fdrobku od dovozce do \u010cR, spole\u010dnosti CALWELL s.r.o., Martinick\u00e1 987, 197 00 Praha 9, dozna\u010dena informacemi v\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9m jazyce, \u00fadaji o slo\u017een\u00ed dle evropsk\u00e9 receptury a vyvol\u00e1vala tak dojem, \u017ee jde o produkt ur\u010den\u00fd pro tuzemsk\u00fd trh.
