U v\u00edce ne\u017e poloviny mra\u017een\u00e9ho masa ozna\u010den\u00e9ho jako \u201eHalal\u201c nedok\u00e1zal p\u0159\u00edjemce z\u00e1silky dolo\u017eit jeho p\u016fvod. Z\u00e1silka bude vr\u00e1cena zp\u011bt v\u00fdrobci. O pokut\u011b rozhodne spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Za zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 poru\u0161en\u00ed hroz\u00ed dle platn\u00e9 legislativy pokuta ve v\u00fd\u0161i a\u017e jeden milion korun.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"article-body-content\">\n<p>V\u00a0mraz\u00edrensk\u00e9m skladu spole\u010dnosti Kebab expres s.r.o. ve Vranovic\u00edch provedla SVS dne 2. 6. 2016 kontrolu zam\u011b\u0159enou zejm\u00e9na na pln\u011bn\u00ed povinnost\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch se\u00a0sledovatelnost\u00ed potravin.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem kontroly byla zji\u0161t\u011bna \u0159ada nedostatk\u016f. V\u00a0\u00fadaj\u00edch o slo\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobku nebyly odli\u0161eny alergeny od ostatn\u00edch vyjmenovan\u00fdch slo\u017eek. Na obale tak\u00e9 nebylo uvedeno datum zmrazen\u00ed a chyb\u011bla informace o tom, \u017ee se v\u00fdrobek po rozmrazen\u00ed nem\u00e1 op\u011btovn\u011b zmrazovat, a tak\u00e9 informace, \u017ee je polotovar p\u0159ed spot\u0159ebou nutn\u00e9 d\u016fkladn\u011b tepeln\u011b upravit. U v\u00edce ne\u017e 4,6 tuny v\u00fdrobk\u016f nav\u00edc nedolo\u017eil p\u0159\u00edjemce \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd doklad o jejich p\u016fvodu. Z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvodu bude zbo\u017e\u00ed vr\u00e1ceno zp\u011bt na adresu odesilatele.
