Zat\u00edm se tyto \u00fa\u010dinky v experimentech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech nepotvrdily. P\u0159i zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed neurotoxick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f byly n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed auto\u0159i ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, ale zjistili se i zm\u011bny<strong> chov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed<\/strong> (zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 dr\u00e1\u017edivost, neklid, poruchy sp\u00e1nku) p\u0159i konzumaci 1-50 mg tartrazinu. V experimentech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech se nepotvrdily \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 reproduk\u010dn\u00ed a neurotoxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky tartrazinu. I p\u0159es n\u011bkolika zm\u011bn\u00e1m v chov\u00e1n\u00ed se ml\u00e1\u010fat rodi\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edmali dlouhodob\u011b tartrazin ve vysok\u00fdch denn\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch 645 &#8211; 2541 mg \/ kg, se nep\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee jeho aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem z potravin by mohl po\u0161kodit zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka (Food Chem.
