Jedn\u00e1 se o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed provozy:<\/div>\n<p><strong>Pho Quan<\/strong> (provozovatel: Dinh Dung Le), \u010d\u00edslo bu\u0148ky QA 21 a QA 22, Libu\u0161sk\u00e1 319\/126, 14200 Praha. V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu kontroly, kdy inspekto\u0159i monitorovali hygienick\u00e9 nedostatky, se do provozovny dostavili pracovn\u00edci deratiza\u010dn\u00ed firmy Pragoclean. Ti za\u010dali aplikovat <strong>post\u0159ik<\/strong> proti \u0161k\u016fdc\u016fm v\u00a0bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed <strong>bl\u00edzkosti nebalen\u00fdch potravin<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0prostor\u00e1ch pro p\u0159\u00edpravu pokrm\u016f. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b ostentativn\u00edho poru\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti potravin a dal\u0161\u00edch pochyben\u00ed inspekto\u0159i na m\u00edst\u011b ulo\u017eili z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prostor v cel\u00e9 provozovn\u011b, d\u00e1le zak\u00e1zali uv\u00e1d\u011bt do ob\u011bhu p\u0159es 30 kg rozpracovan\u00fdch pokrm\u016f a pou\u017e\u00edvat dv\u011b chlad\u00edc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<div id=\"text\">\n<p><strong>Hanh PHAM THI<\/strong> (provozovatel: Hanh PHAM THI), \u010d\u00edslo bu\u0148ky QA20, Libu\u0161sk\u00e1 319\/126, 142 00 Praha. V\u00a0provozovn\u011b zcela <strong>chyb\u011bl p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0tepl\u00e9 vod\u011b<\/strong> a person\u00e1l tak nemohl zajistit hygienickou o\u010distu v\u00fd\u010depn\u00edho skla a n\u00e1dob\u00ed. K\u00a0dispozici byl jedin\u00fd nerezov\u00fd d\u0159ez a chyb\u011blo vybaven\u00ed pro o\u010distu rukou zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Kuchyn\u011b a <strong>kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong> byla v\u00a0celkov\u011b <strong>zanedban\u00e9m stavu<\/strong>, na va\u0159i\u010d\u00edch, za za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a na podlaze se dlouhodob\u011b kumulovala \u0161p\u00edna, prach a zbytky pokrm\u016f. Vstup do provozovny musel z\u016fstat po otev\u00edrac\u00ed dobu otev\u0159en\u00fd a dovnit\u0159 tak voln\u011b vstupovala zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed inspekto\u0159i ulo\u017eili na cel\u00fd prostor provozu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dong Do<\/strong> (provozovatel: DALATT, spol. s.r.o.), Libu\u0161sk\u00e1 319\/126, 14200 Praha. P\u0159i kontrole inspekto\u0159i zjistili, \u017ee provozovna <strong>nen\u00ed<\/strong> adekv\u00e1tn\u011b <strong>zaji\u0161t\u011bna<\/strong> <strong>proti pronik\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f<\/strong> a ve skladu s\u00a0n\u00e1poji a potravinami se vyskytuj\u00ed <strong>exkrementy<\/strong> hlodavc\u016f. SZPI proto na m\u00edst\u011b vydala z\u00e1kaz u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prostor p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00e9ho skladu.<\/p>\n<p>Provozovny z\u016fstanou uzav\u0159en\u00e9 a\u017e do doby, kdy provozovatel\u00e9 prokazateln\u011b odstran\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 pochyben\u00ed, co\u017e inspekce prov\u011b\u0159\u00ed opakovanou kontrolou. S\u00a0provozovateli SZPI zah\u00e1j\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ulo\u017een\u00ed pokuty.
