Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na svoje<br \/>\np\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, no zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed balen\u00ed syrov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka bez pasterizace, v\u00a0stejn\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch<br \/>\nvyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch pasterizovan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky by mohlo p\u0159edstavovat velmi re\u00e1ln\u00e9 riziko pro<br \/>\nbezpe\u010dnost potravin.<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b konzumuj\u00ed pasterizovan\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko u\u017e od po\u010d\u00e1tku 19.stolet\u00ed, proto\u017ee je<br \/>\nv\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Proces pasterizace sni\u017euje nebo eliminuje patogenn\u00ed bakterie, jako<br \/>\njsou Listeria, Campylobacter, Escherichia coli a Salmonella, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed \u0159adu<br \/>\nonemocn\u011bn\u00ed, r\u016fzn\u00e1 posti\u017een\u00ed, nebo i smrt, a to zejm\u00e9na u mlad\u0161\u00edch d\u011bti.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 syrov\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, cht\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159ijmout tato rizika onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a<br \/>\ncht\u011bj\u00ed konzumovat syrov\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 produkty, je to jejich privilegium.
