Jedn\u00e1 se o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady:<\/p>\n<p>Konzumn\u00ed brambory pozdn\u00ed, odr\u016fda\u00a0Belana, velikost \u0161ar\u017ee 24\u00a0200 kg, ozna\u010den\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ee: CZ 3940104, zem\u011b p\u016fvodu: N\u011bmecko, dodavatel: Europlant Pflanzenzenzucht GmbH, 21337 Lunenburg\u00a0, N\u011bmecko. Anal\u00fdza u odebran\u00e9ho vzorku prok\u00e1zala nadlimitn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs hl\u00edz brambor odli\u0161n\u00fdch od deklarovan\u00e9 odr\u016fdy Belana. Inspekto\u0159i vzorek nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ee odebrali u prodejce Josef Pol\u00e1k, Lochenice 43, 50302 P\u0159edm\u011b\u0159ice nad Labem.<\/p>\n<p>Brambory konzumn\u00ed pozdn\u00ed, odr\u016fda Jelly, velikost \u0161ar\u017ee 1\u00a0700 kg, zem\u011b p\u016fvodu: N\u011bmecko, dodavatel: Europlant\u00a0 \u0161lechtitelsk\u00e1 spol. s r.o. Lhotsk\u00e1 2221\/32, 193 00 Praha 9. Anal\u00fdza prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee deklarovan\u00e9 odr\u016fd\u011b Jelly neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 z\u00a0hl\u00edz v\u00a0odebran\u00e9m vzorku. Vzorek nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161ar\u017ee inspekto\u0159i odebrali u prodejce Ji\u0159\u00ed Bare\u0161 &#8211; GIRA, Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 637, 39101 Sezimovo \u00dast\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Odr\u016fda je kl\u00ed\u010dovou charakteristikou brambor ur\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed tzv. varn\u00fd typ a nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 uveden\u00ed odr\u016fdy brambor je z\u00e1konem klasifikov\u00e1no jako klam\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebitele.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0uveden\u00fdmi subjekty zah\u00e1j\u00ed SZPI spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ulo\u017een\u00ed pokuty.
