Je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 300 enzym\u016f, pod\u00edl\u00ed se na synt\u00e9ze protein\u016f nukleov\u00fdch kyselin, bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9m d\u011blen\u00ed. Je pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro t\u011blesn\u00fd r\u016fst a v\u00fdvoj, imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, neurologick\u00e9 funkce, reprodukci a m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na metabolismus makro\u017eivin. Zinek se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0mnoha potravin\u00e1ch (zejm\u00e9na maso hov\u011bz\u00ed, vep\u0159ov\u00e9, ml\u00e9ko, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, celozrnn\u00e9 obiloviny, o\u0159echy, sem\u00ednka)(1)\u00a0 Zinek je rovn\u011b\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mnoha dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n2. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 hodnoty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denn\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00ed hodnota p\u0159\u00edjmu zinku pro dosp\u011blou populaci je <strong>10 mg<\/strong>.(2)<\/p>\n<p>(hodnota stanoven\u00e1 pro \u00fa\u010dely ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin)<\/p>\n<p>Za v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 lze uv\u00e1d\u011bt v\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00ed na obale potravin a ke kter\u00e9mu lze vztahovat schv\u00e1len\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed je 15% denn\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00ed hodnoty p\u0159\u00edjmu, tj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1,5 mg v\u00a0denn\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00e9 d\u00e1vce<\/strong> (3)<\/p>\n<p>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zinku v dopl\u0148c\u00edch stravy pro dosp\u011blou populaci \u00a0je<\/p>\n<p><strong>15 mg v\u00a0denn\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00e9 d\u00e1vce <\/strong>(5)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
