Mikrovlny se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed televize, v radarech pro vzdu\u0161nou a n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed navigaci a pro telekomunikaci, po\u010d\u00edtaje v to mobiln\u00ed telefony. Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 v pr\u016fmyslu p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f, v l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed pro l\u00e9\u010dbu diatermi\u00ed a v kuchyn\u00edch pro p\u0159\u00edpravu j\u00eddel.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b jako sv\u011btlo se mikrovlny \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed prostorem, odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed se od p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f a pohlcuj\u00ed v materi\u00e1lech. Kovov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly mikrovlny \u00fapln\u011b odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed, nekovov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly jako sklo a n\u011bkter\u00e9 plasty jsou pro mikrovlny v\u011bt\u0161inou pr\u016fhledn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed vodu, nap\u0159\u00edklad potraviny, kapaliny nebo tk\u00e1n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b pohlcuj\u00ed mikrovlnnou energii, kter\u00e1 se pak m\u011bn\u00ed v teplo. Tento informa\u010dn\u00ed list se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 funkc\u00ed mikrovlnn\u00fdch trub a ot\u00e1zkami bezpe\u010dnosti provozu mikrovlnn\u00fdch trub pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v dom\u00e1cnostech. Podrobnosti o podstat\u011b elektromagnetick\u00fdch vln a o zdravotn\u00edch vlivech radiofrekven\u010dn\u00edch a mikrovlnn\u00fdch pol\u00ed jsou k dispozici v listech WHO \u010d. 182 a 183.<\/p>\n<h3>Jsou mikrovlny bezpe\u010dn\u00e9?<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed podle n\u00e1vod\u016f dod\u00e1van\u00fdch v\u00fdrobcem, jsou mikrovlnn\u00e9 trouby bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a vhodn\u00e9 pro oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a pro tepeln\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddel. Je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba zachov\u00e1vat ur\u010ditou opatrnost zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud jde o mo\u017enou expozici mikrovln\u00e1m a o pop\u00e1len\u00ed p\u0159i zach\u00e1zen\u00ed s p\u0159ipraven\u00fdm j\u00eddlem.<\/p>\n<p>Bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce s mikrovlnami: Konstrukce mikrovlnn\u00fdch trub zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee mikrovlny jsou uzav\u0159eny uvnit\u0159 trouby a mohou b\u00fdt zapnuty jen kdy\u017e je zapnut elektrick\u00fd sp\u00edna\u010d a sou\u010dasn\u011b jsou zav\u0159en\u00e1 dv\u00ed\u0159ka trouby. Pronik\u00e1n\u00ed vln sp\u00e1ry u dv\u00ed\u0159ek a sklem dv\u00ed\u0159ek je omezen\u00e9 konstrukc\u00ed tak, \u017ee \u00farove\u0148 vyza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed je bezpe\u010dn\u011b pod hodnotami doporu\u010den\u00fdmi mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi standardy. Mikrovlny se v\u0161ak mohou dostat do okol\u00ed trouby v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jsou po\u0161kozen\u00e1 nebo siln\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 dv\u00ed\u0159ka nebo je-li trouba neodborn\u011b upravovan\u00e1. Je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017eovat mikrovlnku v dobr\u00e9m stavu. U\u017eivatel by m\u011bl sledovat, zda dv\u00ed\u0159ka spr\u00e1vn\u011b p\u0159il\u00e9haj\u00ed a zda sp\u00edna\u010d zabra\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed generov\u00e1n\u00ed mikrovln p\u0159i otev\u0159en\u00fdch dv\u00ed\u0159k\u00e1ch spr\u00e1vn\u011b funguje. Plochy, na kter\u00e9 dv\u00ed\u0159ka dol\u00e9haj\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt udr\u017eov\u00e1ny \u010dist\u00e9 a nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt po\u0161kozena vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ka trouby. Zjist\u00ed-li se z\u00e1vady nebo jsou-li \u010d\u00e1sti za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00e9, nesm\u00ed se trouba pou\u017e\u00edvat d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e ji oprav\u00ed kvalifikovan\u00fd servisn\u00ed technik.<\/p>\n<p>Mikrovlnn\u00e1 energie se v t\u011ble \u010dlov\u011bka absorbuje a zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 exponovanou tk\u00e1\u0148. U org\u00e1n\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed \u0161patnou cirkulaci krve a m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinnou teplotn\u00ed regulaci jako je oko, nebo u org\u00e1n\u016f citliv\u00fdch na teplotu jako nap\u0159\u00edklad varlata, je riziko tepeln\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed. Tepeln\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee nastat jen p\u0159i dlouh\u00e9 expozici velmi vysok\u00fdm v\u00fdkonov\u00fdm \u00farovn\u00edm, kter\u00e9 velmi p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b, jak\u00e9 se nam\u011b\u0159\u00ed vn\u011b mikrovlnn\u00fdch trub.<\/p>\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnost p\u0159i zach\u00e1zen\u00ed se zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fdmi potravinami: Pop\u00e1lit se je mo\u017en\u00e9 od j\u00eddel zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fdch v mikrovlnce stejn\u011b jako od p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fdch v konven\u010dn\u00edch kamnech nebo od rozp\u00e1len\u00e9ho povrchu pe\u010dic\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed potravin v mikrovlnce m\u00e1 v\u0161ak n\u011bkter\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti: Kdy\u017e se za\u010dne va\u0159it voda v hrnci na oby\u010dejn\u00fdch kamnech, p\u00e1ra voln\u011b odch\u00e1z\u00ed bublinkami v kapalin\u011b. V mikrovlnce nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt na povrchu n\u00e1doby \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 bublinky a voda se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t a n\u00e1hle vzkyp\u011bt. N\u00e1hl\u00fd var m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vyvol\u00e1n jedinou bublinou v kapalin\u011b nebo vniknut\u00edm ciz\u00edho t\u011blesa jako je l\u017e\u00edce. Jsou zn\u00e1my p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy se lid\u00e9 p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1tou vodou v\u00e1\u017en\u011b pop\u00e1lili.<\/p>\n<p>Jinou zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed mikrovlnn\u00e9ho va\u0159en\u00ed je r\u016fzn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tepla u n\u011bkter\u00fdch potravin. N\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty s nepropustn\u00fdm povrchem (nap\u0159\u00edklad hot-dogs) jsou slo\u017eeny ze surovin, kter\u00e9 se r\u016fzn\u011b rychle oh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed (nap\u0159\u00edklad vaje\u010dn\u00fd b\u00edlek a \u017eloutek) a v d\u016fsledku teplotn\u00edch rozd\u00edl\u016f mohou vybouchnout. M\u016f\u017ee se to st\u00e1t, jestli\u017ee se vejce nebo o\u0159echy oh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed ve sko\u0159\u00e1pk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Nez\u00e1vadnost j\u00eddla: Nez\u00e1vadnost j\u00eddla je d\u016fle\u017eitou zdravotn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt riskantn\u00ed pro zdrav\u00ed, jestli\u017ee \u010d\u00e1sti potravy nejsou proh\u0159\u00e1ty natolik, aby byly zni\u010deny p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 mikroorganismy. Pro mo\u017enost nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9ho zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed je pot\u0159eba nechat p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 j\u00eddlo je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik minut po vypnut\u00ed oh\u0159evu st\u00e1t, aby teplo mohlo proniknout do cel\u00e9ho objemu j\u00eddla.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00eddlo p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 v mikrovlnn\u00e9 troub\u011b je stejn\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a m\u00e1 stejnou v\u00fd\u017eivnou hodnotu jako j\u00eddlo p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 v oby\u010dejn\u00e9 troub\u011b. Hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma zp\u016fsoby va\u0159en\u00ed je, \u017ee mikrovlnn\u00e1 energie pronik\u00e1 do potraviny hloub\u011bji a zkracuje t\u00edm dobu pot\u0159ebnou k jejich proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jen n\u011bkter\u00e9 mikrovlnn\u00e9 trouby jsou vhodn\u00e9 pro sterilizov\u00e1n\u00ed vzork\u016f (nap\u0159\u00edklad pro sterilizov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dob pro ml\u00e9ko pro d\u011bti). U\u017eivatel mus\u00ed p\u0159i tomto zp\u016fsobu pou\u017eit\u00ed postupovat podle n\u00e1vodu v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n<p>Myln\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy. K rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch myln\u00fdch p\u0159edstav je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vz\u00edt na v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee j\u00eddlo p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 v mikrovlnn\u00e9 troub\u011b se nest\u00e1v\u00e1 &#8222;radioaktivn\u00edm&#8220;. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se mikrovlny chovaj\u00ed jako sv\u011btlo: jakmile se proud do \u017e\u00e1rovky p\u0159eru\u0161\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sv\u011btlo kolem n\u00ed nez\u016fstane.<\/p>\n<h3>Jak mikrovlnn\u00e1 trouba pracuje?<\/h3>\n<p>Mikrovlnky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v dom\u00e1cnostech pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed frekvenci 2450 MHz a maj\u00ed v\u00fdkon od 500 watt\u016f do 1100 watt\u016f. Mikrovlny generuje elektronka zvan\u00e1 magnetron. Po zapnut\u00ed jsou mikrovlny rozptylov\u00e1ny do v\u0161ech sm\u011br\u016f. Kovov\u00e9 st\u011bny trouby je odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed a potraviny vlo\u017een\u00e9 do trouby absorbuj\u00ed jejich energii. Stejnom\u011brnost oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je oby\u010dejn\u011b podporov\u00e1na t\u00edm, \u017ee vlo\u017een\u00e9 potraviny jsou na tal\u00ed\u0159i, kter\u00fd se ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed. N\u00e1doby ur\u010den\u00e9 pro mikrovlnn\u00e9 trouby mikrovlny neoh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed, zah\u0159ej\u00ed se v\u0161ak kontaktem s hork\u00fdm j\u00eddlem.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrobci nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed zap\u00ednat mikrovlnku bez vlo\u017een\u00e9 potraviny. Zat\u00edmco v\u011bt\u0161ina modern\u00edch mikrovlnek p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed zabalit potravinu do kovov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie, v\u00fdrobci nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed d\u00e1vat do mikrovlnky kovov\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b neum\u00eds\u0165ovat takov\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty bl\u00edzko kovov\u00fdch st\u011bn, proto\u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee vytvo\u0159it obloukov\u00fd v\u00fdboj, kter\u00fd st\u011bny po\u0161kod\u00ed. Proto\u017ee kov mikrovlny odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 se \u010d\u00e1st zabalen\u00e1 do kovov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e \u010d\u00e1st nezabalen\u00e1, kter\u00e1 absorbuje v\u00edc mikrovlnn\u00e9 energie a m\u016f\u017ee se zah\u0159\u00e1t se v\u00edc, ne\u017e m\u011bl u\u017eivatel v \u00famyslu. Pe\u010den\u00ed je pak nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed standardy<\/h3>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a stejn\u011b tak Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed elektrotechnick\u00e1 komise (IEC), Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed komit\u00e9t pro elektromagnetickou bezpe\u010dnost (ICES) p\u0159i elektrotechnick\u00e9m institutu elektrick\u00fdch a elektronick\u00fdch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f (IEEE) a evropsk\u00fd komit\u00e9t pro elektrotechnick\u00e9 standardy (CENELEC) vyhl\u00e1sily pro mikrovlnn\u00e9 trouby limit 50 W\/m<sup>2<\/sup> pro jak\u00e9koli m\u00edsto vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 5 centimetr\u016f od vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho povrchu v\u00fdrobku. Ve skute\u010dnosti je emise modern\u00edch mikrovlnn\u00fdch trub podstatn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tento mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed limit, a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u00e1 ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed znemo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed expozici lid\u00ed mikrovlnn\u00fdm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, kdy\u017e je trouba zapnut\u00e1 a jej\u00ed dv\u00ed\u0159ka z\u016fstala otev\u0159en\u00e1. Expozice rychle kles\u00e1 se vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad osoba vzd\u00e1len\u00e1 od trouby 50 cm je vystavena z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed stokr\u00e1t slab\u0161\u00edmu ne\u017e osoba ve vzd\u00e1lenosti 5 cm.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 emisn\u00ed limity jsou ur\u010deny pro zkou\u0161en\u00ed, zda v\u00fdroky vyhovuj\u00ed technick\u00fdm p\u0159edpis\u016fm a nikoli bezprost\u0159edn\u011b pro ochranu p\u0159ed expozic\u00ed. Komise ICNIRP publikovala sm\u011brnice pro stanoven\u00ed expozi\u010dn\u00edch limit\u016f pro cel\u00e9 elektromagnetick\u00e9 spektrum. Limity pro mikrovlny jsou stanoveny tak, \u017ee jejich dodr\u017een\u00ed vylu\u010duje po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed jak\u00fdmkoli zn\u00e1m\u00fdm p\u016fsoben\u00edm. Jsou pro zam\u011bstnance i pro obyvatelstvo hluboko pod hladinami, kdy se projevuje nebezpe\u010dnost z oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed expozic\u00ed mikrovlnn\u00e9mu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Emisn\u00ed limit zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd v\u00fd\u0161e je v souladu s expozi\u010dn\u00edmi limity doporu\u010den\u00fdmi komis\u00ed ICNIRP.<\/p>\n<h3>\u010c\u00edm se Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace (WHO) zab\u00fdv\u00e1<\/h3>\n<p>Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace vytvo\u0159ila prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm &#8222;Projektu EMF&#8220; program pro posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u00fdzkumu a vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed rizik z expozice elektromagnetick\u00fdm pol\u00edm z intervalu frekvenc\u00ed od 0 do 300 GHz. Vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed WHO prov\u00e1d\u00ed ve spolupr\u00e1ci s komis\u00ed ICNIRP. Projekt EMF m\u00e1 webovou str\u00e1nku spojenou s &#8222;Informacemi WHO&#8220; (&#8222;WHO Fact Sheets&#8220;), kde se vyjad\u0159uje k r\u016fzn\u00fdm aspekt\u016fm expozice EMF a zdrav\u00ed.
