Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na to, jak by to m\u011blo&nbsp;fungovat ve va\u0161\u00ed restauraci.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dod\u00e1vka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i dod\u00e1vce a p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed surovin se ujist\u011bte, \u017ee v\u0161echno co p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1te je v dobr\u00e9m stavu. Rozmrazujte v\u0161echny zmrazen\u00e9 potraviny v ledni\u010dce. Udr\u017eujte chlazen\u00e9 suroviny v chladu, dokud se s nimi nepracuje. Ujist\u011bte se, \u017ee v\u0161echny hork\u00e9 potraviny budou p\u0159ipraveny rychle a \u017ee se dostanou na spr\u00e1vnou teplotu- &nbsp;75\u00b0C, ty pokrmy kter\u00e9 jsou uchov\u00e1v\u00e1ny k serv\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed- na teplotu 60\u00b0C. Nikdy nem\u00edchejte star\u00e9 potraviny s nov\u00fdmi. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky jsou takt\u00e9\u017e nutnost\u00ed pro v\u0161echen person\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obsluha z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto\u017ee zam\u011bstnanci mohou p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et nemoci, mus\u00ed m\u00edt tak\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 osobn\u00ed hygienick\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky. Nikdy neskladujte otev\u0159en\u00e9 konzervovan\u00e9 produkty v plechovk\u00e1ch. Hotov\u00e9 pokrmy, kter\u00e9 jsou v z\u00f3n\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 teploty- 10 a\u017e 60\u00b0C d\u00e9le jak 2 hodiny, zlikvidujte.
