Mus\u00edme ho dopl\u0148ovat pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b z potravy, v\u010detn\u011b citrusov\u00fdch plod\u016f, brokolice, a raj\u010dat.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin C je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro r\u016fst a obnovu tk\u00e1n\u00ed ve v\u0161ech \u010d\u00e1stech t\u011bla. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011blu vytv\u00e1\u0159et kolagen, d\u016fle\u017eitou b\u00edlkovinu, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v k\u016f\u017ei, chrupavk\u00e1ch, \u0161lach\u00e1ch, vazech, a c\u00e9v\u00e1ch. Vitamin C je pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro hojen\u00ed ran, a pro opravy a \u00fadr\u017ebu kost\u00ed a zub\u016f. Tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011blu vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat \u017eelezo z mnoha zdroj\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin C je antioxidant, stejn\u011b jako vitamin E, betakaroten, a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch \u017eivin na rostlinn\u00e9 b\u00e1zi. Antioxidanty blokuj\u00ed \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly, l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed DNA. Hromad\u011bn\u00ed voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f se m\u016f\u017ee v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu pod\u00edlet na procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a rozvoji zdravotn\u00edch stav\u016f, jako je rakovina, onemocn\u011bn\u00ed srdce, a artritida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt n\u00edzkou hladinu vitam\u00ednu C, hlavn\u011b kou\u0159en\u00ed cigaret sni\u017euje jeho mno\u017estv\u00ed v t\u011ble, tak\u017ee ku\u0159\u00e1ci jsou vystaveni vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku nedostatku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K p\u0159\u00edznak\u016fm nedostatku vitaminu C pat\u0159\u00ed i such\u00e9 a \u0161t\u00edp\u00e1j\u00edc\u00ed se vlasy; z\u00e1n\u011bt d\u00e1sn\u00ed a krv\u00e1cen\u00ed z d\u00e1sn\u00ed; drsn\u00e1, such\u00e1, \u0161upinat\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee; pomal\u00e9 hojen\u00ed ran, snadn\u00e9 mod\u0159iny; krv\u00e1cen\u00ed z nosu; a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 schopnost odolat infekci. Va\u017en\u00e1 forma nedostatku vitaminu C je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako kurd\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny vitaminu C byly spojeny s \u0159adou stav\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku, onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u017elu\u010dn\u00edku, mrtvice, n\u011bkter\u00fdch druh\u016f rakoviny, a ateroskler\u00f3zy. Je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edmat&nbsp;dostatek vitam\u00ednu C ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku &#8211; je pot\u0159eba j\u00edst hodn\u011b ovoce a zeleniny &#8211; co&nbsp;n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko vzniku n\u011bkter\u00fdch z t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Neexistuje v\u0161ak \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fd d\u016fkaz, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f vitam\u00ednu C pom\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit n\u011bkter\u00e9mu z t\u011bchto stav\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamin C hraje roli v ochran\u011b proti:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed o tom, zda vitamin C je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd pro prevenci infarktu nebo mrtvici jsou sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9. Vitamin C nesni\u017euje p\u0159\u00edmo hladinu cholesterolu nebo celkov\u00e9 riziko srde\u010dn\u00edho infarktu, ale d\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee pomoci chr\u00e1nit c\u00e9vy p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie, i kdy\u017e ne v\u0161echny, nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee vitamin C m\u016f\u017ee zpomalit progresi ateroskler\u00f3zy (kornat\u011bn\u00ed tepen). To pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zabr\u00e1nit po\u0161kozen\u00ed LDL ( &#8222;\u0161patn\u00fdm&#8220;) cholesterolem, kter\u00fd se pak hromad\u00ed jako &#8222;p\u011bnov\u00e1 bunka&#8220; v c\u00e9v\u00e1ch upch\u00e1v\u00e1 je a m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit srde\u010dn\u00ed infarkt nebo mozkovou mrtvici. Jin\u00e9 studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee vitamin C m\u016f\u017ee pomoci udr\u017eet tepny flexibiln\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nav\u00edc u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed n\u00edzkou hladinu vitam\u00ednu C m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost na infarkt, mrtvici nebo perifern\u00ed c\u00e9vn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed perifern\u00edch tepen je term\u00edn pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd k popisu ateroskler\u00f3zy c\u00e9v na nohou. To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k bolesti p\u0159i ch\u016fzi, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako intermitentn\u00ed klaudikace. Ale nen\u00ed tam \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fkaz, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f s vitam\u00ednem C pom\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc, kterou mus\u00edte ud\u011blat, je dopl\u0148ovat dostatek vitaminu C prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 z\u00edskat mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch antioxidant\u016f a \u017eivin obsa\u017een\u00fdch v potravin\u00e1ch. M\u00e1te-li n\u00edzkou hladinu vitam\u00ednu C a nep\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1te dost vitaminu C z potravin, po\u017e\u00e1dejte sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e o vhodn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky s vitaminem C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Popula\u010dn\u00ed studie (kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00fdch skupin lid\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu) nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jed\u00ed potraviny bohat\u00e9 na antioxidanty v\u010detn\u011b vitam\u00ednu C, maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku ne\u017e lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed chud\u0161\u00ed stravu. J\u00edst potraviny bohat\u00e9 na vitam\u00edn C je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro va\u0161e celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud m\u00e1te zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nachlazen\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory v\u0161eobecn\u00e9mu p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee vitamin C m\u016f\u017ee vyl\u00e9\u010dit nachlazen\u00ed, v\u011bdeck\u00fd d\u016fkaz tuto teorii nepodporuje. Pravideln\u00fdm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm dopl\u0148k\u016f s Vitaminem C (ne jen na za\u010d\u00e1tku nachlazen\u00ed) pozorujeme pouze mal\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed trv\u00e1n\u00ed r\u00fdmi (asi 1 den). Jedin\u00e1 pr\u016fkazn\u00e1 pomoc vitaminu C jako prevence proti nachlazen\u00ed, poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze studi\u00ed zkoumaj\u00edc\u00edch lid\u00ed v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch (sportovci, nap\u0159\u00edklad ly\u017ea\u0159i a maratonsk\u00fd b\u011b\u017eci a voj\u00e1ci v Arktid\u011b). V t\u011bchto studi\u00edch se zd\u00e1lo, \u017ee vitamin C sn\u00ed\u017euje riziko nachlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rakovina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky mnoha popula\u010dn\u00edch studi\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee j\u00edst potraviny bohat\u00e9 na vitamin C m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spojeno s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edrou rakoviny, v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee, cervik\u00e1ln\u00ed dysplazie (zm\u011bn d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku), a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b rakoviny prsu. Ale tyto potraviny obsahuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 mnoho prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch \u017eivin a antioxidant\u016f, a to nejen vitamin C, tak\u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 s ur\u010ditost\u00ed \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee vitamin C chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed rakovinou.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fkaz, \u017ee velk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitaminu C pom\u016f\u017eou p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b ji\u017e diagnostikovan\u00e9 rakoviny. Ve skute\u010dnosti, se n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee velk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky antioxidant\u016f ze stravy m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161ovat \u00fa\u010dinky chemoterapeutick\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f. Je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu. Pokud podstupujete chemoterapii, pora\u010fte se se sv\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em, ne\u017e za\u010dnete u\u017e\u00edvat v\u011b\u0165\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky vitaminu C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artr\u00f3za<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin C je nezbytn\u00fd pro tvorbu kolagenu, kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kloubn\u00ed chrupavky. Chrupavku ni\u010d\u00ed i osteoartr\u00f3za(OA). OA je nez\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed kloub\u016f a p\u00e1te\u0159e, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt r\u016fznou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu ale podobn\u00e9 zm\u011bny na kloubech, p\u00e1te\u0159i a podobn\u00fd klinick\u00fd obraz. Osteoartr\u00f3za postihuje kloubn\u00ed chrupavku a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i p\u0159ilehl\u00e9 struktury &#8211; kost, kloubn\u00ed bl\u00e1nu, pouzdro \u0161lachy a svaly v okol\u00ed kloub\u016f. Krom\u011b toho n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bdci tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly &#8211; molekuly produkovan\u00e9 organismem, mohou po\u0161kodit bu\u0148ky a DNA &#8211; mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 zapojeny do destrukce chrupavky. Antioxidanty, jako je vitamin C, omezuje \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fkaz nenazna\u010duje, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f vitam\u00ednu C pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nebo prevenci p\u0159ed OA. Co ale d\u016fkazy ukazuj\u00ed je, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jed\u00ed strava bohatou na vitamin C, maj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee u nich bude diagnostikov\u00e1na artritida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nesteroidn\u00ed protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit hladinu vitam\u00ednu C. Pokud u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te tyto l\u00e9ky na OA pravideln\u011b, mo\u017en\u00e1 bude pot\u0159eba zv\u00fd\u0161it d\u00e1vky vitaminu C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u011bkem podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 makul\u00e1rn\u00ed degenerace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin C (500 mg) l\u00e9pe spolupracuje s dal\u0161\u00edmi antioxidanty, v\u010detn\u011b zinku (80 mg), betakarotenu (15 mg) a vitaminu E (400 IU), \u010d\u00edm\u017e chr\u00e1n\u00ed o\u010di p\u0159ed rozvoji makul\u00e1rn\u00ed degenerac\u00ed (VPMD), p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny praktick\u00e9 slepoty u lid\u00ed nad 55 let. Prosp\u00edv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b lidem s pokro\u010dil\u00fdm AMD. Tato kombinace v\u0161ak obsahuje vysokou d\u00e1vku zinku, kter\u00fd byste m\u011bli u\u017e\u00edvat pouze pod dohledem l\u00e9ka\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preeklampsie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu C spolu s vitaminem E m\u016f\u017ee pomoci zabr\u00e1nit preeklampsii u \u017een, u nich\u017e existuje vysok\u00e9 riziko. Preeklampsie, se vyzna\u010duje vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem a velk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm b\u00edlkovin v mo\u010di, je \u010dastou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch porod\u016f. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b ne v\u0161echny studie se shoduj\u00ed.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Astma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie jsou sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9, pokud jde o \u00fa\u010dinek vitaminu C na astma. N\u011bkter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee u lid\u00ed s astmatem jsou \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny vitam\u00ednu C, co\u017e vedlo n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bdce k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny vitam\u00ednu C m\u016f\u017eou zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko vzniku tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Vitamin C je citliv\u00fd na sv\u011btlo, vzduch a teplo, tak\u017ee nejv\u00edce vitaminu C z\u00edsk\u00e1te pokud budete j\u00edst ovoce a zeleninu v syrov\u00e9m nebo lehce va\u0159en\u00e9m stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dostupn\u00e9 formy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lze zakoupit bu\u010f p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed nebo syntetick\u00fd vitamin C, zvan\u00e9 tak\u00e9 kyselina askorbov\u00e1, v r\u016fzn\u00fdch form\u00e1ch. Tablety, kapsle a \u017ev\u00edkac\u00ed bonb\u00f3ny jsou pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejv\u00edce popul\u00e1rn\u00ed formy, ale vitamin C je tak\u00e9 dostupn\u00fd v pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9, krystalick\u00e9, \u0161umiv\u00e9, a kapaln\u00e9 form\u011b. Vitamin C je dod\u00e1v\u00e1n v d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch v rozmez\u00ed od 25 &#8211; 1000 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak u\u017e\u00edvat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak p\u0159ij\u00edmat dopl\u0148ky s vitaminem C je 2 &#8211; 3 kr\u00e1t denn\u011b, s j\u00eddlem, v z\u00e1vislosti na d\u00e1vce.
